Este es el Palacio de Los Cóndores, conocida anteriormente como Casa Mayor y se encuentra localizada frente a la Plaza Bolívar de la ciudad de Maracaibo. Funcionó como cárcel durante la época colonial y actualmente es sede del Poder Ejecutivo del Estado Zulia.
