Capung Jarum: Damselfly (Zygoptera)
People in Indonesia call it capung jarum with a slender body and elongated like a needle. Capung jarum or in English called damselfly is an insect of the suborder Zygoptera in the order Odonata.
Similar to dragonflies, capung jarum also has transparent wings but has a less aggressive flight.
Capung jarum is small insect predators, they usually hunt among grasses or lower plants such as weeds. Citrus flatid planthopper, or fruit fly, is often the target of its prey.
