Had a delicious dinner with a good dessert after quite a while today. Of course a lot of cravings, wondering about food and uncontrollable hunger led to such a binge :D Sometimes a binge eat session is okay I think. Be it food or Tv shows? I do immerse myself in such periods if it's way too good to wait. 😂
