Phone is a destructive addiction

Nowadays people don't want to invest their time in helpful or in real joyful habits and action losts strong feelings for another person. People don't share their feelings and thoughts with his/her well wishers. They share thoughts direct with mass audience who don't care for him.
According to me phone addiction is a very destructive addiction. Because it attacks on our mind, eyes and thought process too. Phone addiction bring out and make separate us from family and friends
We love to spent our times on phones. But we don't use it for learn or for useful practices we use it for only entertainment like music, videos, movies, web shows and games maybe the list is so long. We spent approx 5-6 hours on phone in a day easily. And I'm sure those all are waste of time. But not all people many of them use it as good platform like for learning, passive income and for full time money.
So at last I will say do what you want. Phone addiction is must to be continued.
