The #club200 is a new strategy to try to boost the value of Steem in the market, it's about "in addition" to turn on 100% of the rewards received, you must invest "bring from Binance, Poloniex or other platform, the same amount of Steem turned on and turn it on, ie:
Power up reward = 100 Steem
Buy Steem in external market = 100 Steem
Total power up = 200 Steem.
It is just an approach that is on the table.

Thank you very much for the explanation. It seems to me to be an investor call - although I continue to think that possible investors would be more likely to be found away from the active authors.
