Habría que ver como están abriendo la sesión, para comenzar, deben cerrar la sesión y abrirla con la clave posting key, se dirigen a "perfil" y luego a configuración.

Allí les aparecerá las Herramientas para el perfil público, donde deben anexar los link de las imágenes.

Espero con esto puedan resolver esta situación.
