Investigating perspective with photography
Different Perspectives
Do you ever take photos from new perspectives and try to push the boundaries? That is what I'm going for in this series of photos where I am looking for some contrast between foreground and background - taking the photos from the perspective of some objects like trees, stones, branches, moss - you get the idea.
Even litter like the bottle and car tyre can hold some beauty when they are intertwined with nature, although I am certainly not advocating litter, which is something I deplore.
More Photos
Here are some more photos from my recent walk where I investigated various angles and perspectives down by the lake.

Inspiration
I read a recent post by one of my South African friends on hive @fermentedphil. I always like reading his musings and never leave one of his posts without either learning about something new or rethinking something. His recent post shared some beautiful photos of his local area and he took photos from different perspectives. I like this style and it is something I have always done myself, but on my most recent walk I made a point of finding some new perspectives. Here is a copy of his post:

Tough to choose just one but I'm going with...
I like the colours.
I love taking photos from ground level at the moment - seeing the world through the eyes of a child in some way.
Cheers man, ya I love taking photos from that angle as well and I never thought of what you say about it being like a child's perspective. That's a really good point.
