What do you eat before morning workouts?
For those of you who workout first thing in the morning, and are trying to put on mass; what’s your eating strategy? I used to work out in the late afternoons but early mornings might fit my schedule better. I love breakfast, but probably shouldn’t eat a full meal before lifting.
I’m thinking something small when I get up, then gym, then a normal breakfast post workout.
What do you all do? Especially those trying to gain mass
