-It may exacerbate acid reflux. If you experience acid reflux often, it's best to be cautious of consuming apple cider vinegar.

-If you have chronic kidney disease, it may be difficult or unable to completely process excess acids that comes from drinking apple cider.

There have been numerous researches that proves that apple cider vinegar gives you a lot of health benefits but like any other supplement health supplements, it would not help much if you have an unhealthy lifestyle.
