THE BEST MEAL FOR STRENGTH AND ENDURANCE

The conglomerate of plants and animals have provided a wide range and variety of food choices for humans, especially as omnivores; usually after industrial processing and manufacturing. These food choices are further broken down into diverse classes which make up the six major classes of food.

Shifting our focus back to the bone of contention, food choices or meals that can be best for endurance is usually concentrated on the protein,vitamins and minerals classes of food. Such proteinous meals include beans, oatmeals,lean meat, chicken,fish,eggs etc. These food choices,like I said earlier, are rich in protein and essential for muscle building and repairs. Also,minerals and iron present in these food choices especially,beans, are essential in creating red blood cells which provides oxygen to the blood and keeps one strong. Protienous foods take a longer time before metabolic breakdown and digestion,hence filling the body with energy and keeping you active all day long.

Food choices rich in vitamins and minerals include bananas,red grapes, beetroot juice and green leafy vegetables. Fruits like banana are rich in carbs that can keep the body active for long,just like beetroot which contains a good amount of vitamins A and C.
Red grapes and leafy vegetables are essential in generating red blood cells,fibres and providing the body with instant energy.

Just in parallel, essential food classes which can endow immense strength include complex carbs, victim C, protein and iron. Complex carbs are present in food like bread, pasta,rice etc. And these provide glucose in the body which is further broken down to give great energy. Victim C is very helpful in improving the immune system and is present in fruit and vegetables. Just like I mentioned earlier, protein and iron are present in major quantities in meat, beans, chicken, egg, nuts. These food classes are also present in vegetables such as broccoli and spinach.

Its Paramount to mention that from all these food choices,the best meal for strength and endurance is beans and plantain because of these reasons.

Firstly, beans is the most common and easily assessible of all the other food choices. Its nutritional value far outmatches others with maximum provision of protein and iron,which I have already elaborated on its nutritional values and content above.
Secondly, beans has to be the least expensive to prepare. There's literally no need for a long recipe when preparing beans and plantain, although the only setback is its cooking duration but I'm sure there are measures out there which have successfully mitigated this shortcoming.
Thirdly, the plantain in this meal is a great source of vitamins and minerals, especially vitamins A,C. Also,they are good sources of potassium,magnesium and fibre. Filling the body with energy and endurance.
lastly, beans and plantain ( casually called "Plan B") is my personal favorite. I mean its personal favorites for most friends of mine, especially males. Anyways,this is more for humorous effect than an explicit reason but I guess I've made my point.
