Hi there! Let's talk about few ways that can reduce the triglycerides and cholesterol inside of our body. The first piece of advice, don't take medicines if you are not in serious conditions. The triglycerides and the cholesterol level of our body can be reduced naturally. So, you don't need to be worried about if your levels are moderately high.

Well if you visit doctors then they will always show you emergency and suggest medications. But seriously! you don't need that medication immediately. As if naturally the triglycerides and cholesterol level can be reduced then why wasting money on the medication?

Any way researchers found that our body generates a total of 80% of cholesterol and the other 20% is absorbed from various foods that we consume in our day-to-day life. Inside our body, mainly the livers generate cholesterol. Higher cholesterol is really dangerous for our health because it can block down our veins and arteries which may cause stop blood circulation. Keep in mind, if anyone's body has high cholesterol in the liver then he/she must have clean or detoxify his/her liver. One of the best ways to clean/ detoxifying the liver is Fasting. It's better fasting about 2 days a week may be most effective.

Now you may have a question in your mind that why do our livers generate cholesterol? Then this little explanation might be helpful. First of all the cholesterol is the raw material for vitamin D. We all know that one of the main sources of vitamin D is sunlight. All of us don't go under sunlight directly so if our bodies don't have a contract with sunlight then it may cause vitamin D shortage. For this reason, generally, our bodies will try to create vitamin D. Therefore our bodies push the cholesterol in the blood to create vitamin D when we are under the sunlight. Well, another thing is if we have a high cholesterol level then the vitamin D level should below.

Lastly, let's learn some techniques which can reduce our cholesterol naturally. Literally, you don't need medication if you follow these techniques accordingly.

  • Add low-fat food to your daily meal.
  • Drink lots of water.
  • Daily take walnuts 2 to 3 whole
  • Keep clean your liver.
  • Take flax seed without salt daily 2 spoons.
  • Take natural green tea without sugar, without flavor. It's because sugar increases cholesterol.
  • Always avoid products or foods that contain chemicals in food like packaged food, outside food, cosmetics, perfumed soap, etc
  • Try to eat less in the evening. If possible then only salad, fruit, etc.
  • Spend 20-30 minutes under sunlight daily. Try for a morning walk it will be better both for physical exercise and controlling cholesterol.

Keep practicing these rules and check your cholesterol after 3 months. Your cholesterol levels should be reduced naturally. If you still see no improvement then you should visit a doctor and take his/her advice regarding this matter.
