Recipe for heart pressure

Human lifestyle affect his health status more than he is ready to acknowledge and take
responsibility for . What a person determines his or her health as much as smoking ,radioactive exposure ,and excessive drinking of alcohol and many more.

Coronary diseases has become one leading diseases that compromise the human health,these diseases are commonly affected by adults or the aged,this is due to their health lifestyle choices.cronary related disease such as heart pressure can be control not purposely in the hospital but in our homes.

Taking into consideration what we eat is what we are suppose to do.Some of the recipe for the control of heart pressure is as follows.

Firstly , make a habit of drinking pineapple green smoothie every morning.follow the steps below to prepare your own smoothie;

Ingredients

½ cup unsweetened almond milk

⅓ cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt

1 cup baby spinach

1 cup frozen banana slices (about 1 medium banana)

½ cup frozen pineapple chunks

1 tablespoon chia seeds

1-2 teaspoons pure maple syrup or honey (optional)

Directions

Steps:
Add almond milk and yogurt to a blender, then add spinach, banana, pineapple, chia and sweetener (if using); blend until smooth.

For dinner,you can resort to Chipotle lime chicken thighs with pineapple.

Ingredients;
4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
3/4 teaspoon chipotle powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
Juice from 1 lime
2 teaspoons avocado oil or other high-heat oil
1/4 cup red onion, diced
1/2 cup fresh pineapple, diced
1 small jalapeno, seeded and diced
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro leaves, roughly chopped
Juice from 1/2 lime

Direction;
Steps in preparation;

Heat oven to 350F. Trim visible fat from chicken thighs.
In a small bowl, combine chipotle powder, garlic, and cumin.
Squeeze lime over the tops of chicken thighs and sprinkle heavily with the spice blend. Rub to coat the tops of thighs well.
Heat an oven-proof skillet on the stove over high heat. Add oil and swirl skillet to coat.
Sear chicken thighs in the skillet, about 2 minutes per side. Place skillet in the oven to finish cooking, 5 to 10 minutes. Chicken is done when a thermometer inserted in the center reads 165F.
While chicken is cooking, prepare the salsa. Combine red onion, pineapple, jalapeno, cilantro, and lime in a bowl.
Once the chicken is done remove from oven and serve with pineapple salsa.
