All of us gets stressed or anxious along the line in our daily lives but there are steps we can take to help relief of from stress

What Is Stress?
Stress can be defined as any type of change that causes physical, emotional, or psychological strain. Stress is your body's response to anything that requires attention or action.

You will know you are being stressed out when you notice the following.

Below are six natural herbs that provides relief from stress and anxiety.

  1. GINGER:

It has been used traditionally to relief stress and anxiety,stress can sometimes lead to an upset stomach, ginger comes to rescue by stimulating the acid too. Enjoying a cup of ginger by boiling.
DIRECTION
• 1 teaspoon of chopped ginger in two cups of water for 10 minutes, stir and add 1 teaspoon of honey and 1 teaspoon of lemon juice to add taste.

  1. CHAMOMILE:

this is an Antioxidants Compound's present in plant it is used to relief stress, loss of appetite and headache.
DIRECTION
Mix 2 dried chamomile flower in two cups of hot water,allow it infuse for 3 minutes,strain and enjoy.you can add honey to sweeten it

  1. ASHWAGANDHA:

this is a herb that helps the body cope with physical and emotional stress, regular intake of this herb can make one feel less stressed and mentally calm
DIRECTION
Mix 1/2 teaspoon on ashwaganda in a glass of walm milk,consume it about half an hour before going to bed.

this has potent antianxiety properties it is known to increase the level of serotonin, a brain chemical that helps in relaxation. It induces a sens of peace and soothe restlessness.
DIRECTION Heat 1/2 cup of milk or water,and 1/2 teaspoon of brahmi powder for about 3 minutes,stir and sweeten with honey is required.

Is a herb that has been used since ages as a remedy for anxiety and nervousness,it acts as a sedative associated with brains and emotions, thereby reducing the feeling of stress and anxiety.
DIRECTIONS:
Add 2 cup to 4 drop of lavender oil in 2 to 3 cup of boiling water and inhale the vapour, you can also add olive oil to it and use it for massaging.

chronic stress may lead to inflammation and an increase to free radicals,Tulsi enhances the level and activities of antioxidant which safely interact with this free radicals and fight their negative effect.
DIRECTION
Combine 1/4 of Tulsi leaves and 1 and 1/2 cup of water, mix very well and heat it for 10 minutes, stir and add 2 teaspoon of lemon juice serve when it's hot.
Incase you want to use Tulsi powder, boil 1 cup of water and pour it over 1/3 teaspoon of Tulsi powder,allow it steep for 20minutes then stir and add honey if desired.
