Good day wonderful steemians I will be talking on the best meal for strength and endurance. It takes lot of hard work to boost the stamina but
Eating the right food for endurance can help improve the body endurance naturally

FOOD FOR ENDURANCE What to eat to aid body Tolerance
What is Endurance
Endurance is anything one who run long distance or attempt extended workout hopes for.
There are few things we can do to help to speed up development our stamina along with eating food for endurance.

WHY ENDURANCE AND MUSCULAR STRENGTH IS IMPORTANT
Muscular strength and endurance are essential to our body capacity to perform day to day activities

Things To Avoid To Enhance Endurance

  1. Processed Foods: this are packed with sodium and refined sugar while stripped of fibre and antioxidants. The calories-dense and Nutrients lacking nature of processed foods means they slow you down and limit your body capability to repair itself
  2. Over or Under Hydrate: Hydration is important to Endurance, dehydration cuts down on metabolism
    While too much of Hydration dogs to down and inbalances electrolytes
  3. Refined sugar and alcohol: sugar gives you huge boost to energy initially but that energy runs out just fast. Avoid Alcohol too alcohol dyhydrates the body strains the liver and the kidney this gets in the way of strength and endurance
  4. Avoid Last Minutes Intense training:
    This mean you should focus only on light training before the main workout the muscle need Time to cool down so this is why last minute hard training is not recommended.

Food to boost Endurance
For a healthy stamina look for food that contain good complex carbohydrate,fibre,lean protein health fact and antioxidants
