Everybody knows 'Health is wealth '. So we always try to keep our body fit
with try to protect our body from all kinds of disease .
When Covid-19 Pandemic start then my family trying to know how to increase body's immunity . Now i sharing my knowledge how to boost your immunity system.

Black Cumin

*First of all i recommend to eat Black cumin with Honey. Everyday in the morning i try to eat one teaspoon Black cumin with honey. That's always helpful for our body

Black cumin is the cure for all kinds of diseases. It works for the development of talent at a double rate. Black cumin itself is an antibiotic or antiseptic.
It contains antimicrobial agents, which are anti-bacterial agents.*

Honey it also known as a natural energy booster, which is very beneficial for our health. So we try to take everyday .Regular consumption of honey prevents heart disease.It improves heart health.

Vitamin C

Vitamin C ,it increases the body's resistance to all of diseases.
In addition to protecting the immune system, vitamin C can also reduce the severity of various allergies and fight infections. Vitamin C is also useful in reducing colds and coughs.It also helps to control your weight.
You can get vitamin c from various kinds of fruits like orange, green chilli, Guava, Mango etc.

*Vitamin D is an important element for the body.Vitamin D deficiency reduces immunity. If you are exposed to sunlight for 15 to 20 minutes three days a week from 10 am to 3 pm, your body receives 10,000 to 20,000 units of vitamin D. So we should to take sunlight for increasing vitamin D.

*Garlic , It is called natural antibiotic.Eating two cloves of garlic on an empty stomach every morning prevents infection. Garlic controls blood pressure with increase our body immunity.
