And because of that it is always good and advisable to eat what is healthy and safe for your body.

Here Is The Best Meal For Strength and Endurance

When we talk about meals for strength and endurance, what class of food should come to our minds? Carbohydrates right? Yes it carbohydrates because it is an energy giving food.

So therefore, to be able to train your body to endure or increase in strength, then you must ensure that you get enough fuel from carbohydrates to sustain you what ever you are aiming at.
A good example is a body-builder that needs both strength and endurance, When you don't get enough carbohydrates, your body starts to break down muscle for glucose to convert to energy.
