Immune System
The immune system’s job is to defend our body against illness and disease. The complex system is made up of cells in our skin, blood, bone marrow, tissues, and organs that when working the way they should, they protect our body from harmful bacterias and viruses, they also limit damage from noninfectious agents.
Today I will talk about some of the natural thing we should always do that will ensure our immune system perform exactly the way we want.
Drink plenty of water
Water is one of the natural ways to boost our immune system. Drinking a glass of water when we wake up in the morning will help boost the immune system, since our body is dehydrated from sleeping, so drinking a glass of water is a great way to remedy that immediately.
Regular Exercise
Yeah, doing regular exercise will help to prevent heart diseases, high blood pressure not only that regular exercise promote good blood circulation, which allows your cells and substances of the immune system to float through your body freely to do their job efficiently..
Eat foods with probiotics
Probiotics are some of the best foods to boost immunity.
Some of these foods include:
- Fermented soybeans (Tofu)
- Cottage cheese
- Yogurt
Eat a well-balanced diet
Eating vegetables and fruits daily to ensure you're getting a variety of nutrients. Lean proteins and complex carbohydrates, try and Minimize eating processed foods, sugar and beverages that have no nutrients.
Conclusion
Although it can be challenging to do all of these things on an ongoing basis, do as much as you can. Consistently taking good care of yourself is the best way to support your overall health and immunity
