Gallstones are mostly common with the obesity, elderly aged men and women,birth control can also cause gallstones for women and pregnant women can also have gallstones, Bile is a fluid that help to ease digestion of fat but when the fat in the bile is too much it causes gallstones

Gallstones are particles that forms in the gallbladder as a result of high cholesterol or fat in the bile, gallstone can be big as a gulf ball or small as a seed..there are also two types of gallstones

The cholesterol stones
The pigment stones

kidney stone

The kidney is an essential organ in the body system that cleanse our blood and remove waste, those waste turn into urine, when the those waste are too much they stick in the kidney which causes kidney stones, kidney stones are also known as nephrolithiasis.
There are also types of kidney stones:

Calcium stones
Uric acid stones
Struvite/infection stones
Cystine stones

Mostly these problems are often treated surgically by doctors but today I will be treating how It can be treated naturally.

ways to solve gallstones naturally:

There are natural ways to solve gallstones.. although scientifically there are no evidence to back this up but some people use the gallbladder cleanse to cleanse gallstones in the gallbladder,apple cider vinegar artichoke, milk thistle, gold coin grass, yoga, caster oil and acupuncture,
Apple juice: consuming apple juice is also a believed way to soften gallstones

ways to solve kidney stones naturally:

Consumption of 12 glasses of water daily is likely to speed the process of stone passing, Drink 8 to 12 glasses of water to prevent it from reforming after the passing of the stones.

• Apple cider vinegar,
• Basil juice,
• Pomegranate juice
• Lemon juice,
• Celery juice,
• Kidney beans broth.

These are used naturally to get rid of kidney stones, but it is advice to see your doctor after using the natural way for weeks and you still feel pain like:

• Blood test n your urine
• Fever
• Vomiting
• chills
  Note: kidney stones and gallstones are two different disease .
