WEEKLY CONTEST WEEK 9 - Healthy Game - The Best Natural Recipe

Hello everyone,

I am @nhananto from Dhaka Bangladesh. Today I am here for participating in Healthy Game contest. Here I am presenting a healthy pizza with recipe that will feed your as well as tummy.



Now let's know why this pizza is healthy. In this pizza, I have used some common ingredients like - * Flour * Mozzarella * Cheese * Red Tomato * Yeast * Olive Oil * Soybean Meat * Onion

When we talk about a pizza, we always think there will a chunk of calories and that is unhealthy. But if we can use right ingredients then we can make it in proper way and turn a unhealthy food in healthy one.

The ingredients I have used here are totally healthy also tasty. Let's see the benefit of these ingredients - * **Flour** has protein, vitamins, fibred and complex carbohydrates in it. It is also low in fat and cholesterol.
* **Mozzarella** is made of eggplant, roasted peppers, spinach, onion and mushrooms. So mozzarella is a package of many natural food. But it has fatty side so, we should use it in a limit.
* **Tomatoes** are loaded with a substance called lycopene. It gives them their bright red color and helps protect them from the ultraviolet rays of the sun. In much the same way, it can help protect your cells from damage. Tomatoes also have potassium, vitamins B and E, and other nutrients.
* **Yeast** can be used to add extra protein, vitamins, minerals and antioxidants to meals.
* **Olive Oil** can be used safely as 14% of total daily calories. This is equal to about 2 tablespoons (28 grams) daily. Up to 1 liter per week of extra-virgin olive oil has been used safely as part of a Mediterranean-style diet for up to 5.8 years. This is the final outlook of my pizza looking like.
* **Soybean meat** is generally good for the heart and blood vessels if they replace less healthful choices, like red meat, and because they deliver plenty of polyunsaturated fat, fiber, vitamins, and minerals, and are low in saturated fat.
* **Onions** contain antioxidants and compounds that fight inflammation, decrease triglycerides and reduce cholesterol levels — all of which may lower heart disease risk. Their potent anti-inflammatory properties may also help reduce high blood pressure and protect against blood clots.
