Stress has become one of the major problem that everyone faces in life, no body is exceptional been it poor or rich,old or young, everybody has something that stress them out. Some people ask this question what is stress? what causes stress? The best stress recipes? Etc. Below are the answers to your questions.

Stress is the feeling of emotional or physical tension. It can come from any events or thought that makes you feel frustrated, angry or nervous etc.
