Kidney stones and gallstones
Kidney stones: are hard deposits that form in the kidney. These stones have to travel through the urinary to exit the body. Passing a kidney stone can be painful. However there are options for managing kidney stone development and pain at home.

Gallstones: these are hard deposits that formed in your gallbladder. There are two types of gallstones which are

1.Cholesterol gallstones: which are most common and made of excess cholesterol

  1. Pigment gallstones: which are made of excess bilirubin.

there are different natural ways to get rid of kidney stone and gallstones

drinking water is one of the easiest way to treat and prevent kidney stone, as dehydration is the main cause.
Most health authorities recommend drinking six glasses of water a per day to prevent dehydration.

  1. Gallbladder cleanse:

there are several reasons why gallstones may formed:
I. Your liver may secrete more bile than it can dissolve.
II. Your body may have excess pigment called bilirubin which can not be dissolve.
III. The gallbladder might not empty completely or frequently as it needs to.

lemon juice content citrate compound that helps break down the calcium deposits and slow there growth. A 2019 cross- sectional study found out that sugar free lemon juice was an effective remedy for kidney stone. In fact consuming only 4 ounces lemon juice can increase the citrate levels effectively.

  1. Apple juice:

some people use apple juice to treat gallstones. That's because they believe that apple juice may soften gallstones and help you pass the stones. This claim has spread due to a letter published in 1999 which detailed anecdotal account of woman successfully passing her gallstones with the use of apple juice. Actually there is no scientific study that supports this claim however . Drinking a lot of fruit juice may not be healthy for you if you have diabetes, hypoglycemia, ulcer and other conditions.

  1. Consume apple cider vinegar;

apple cider vinegar also has critic acid that may helpto dissolve the calcium deposits . A 2019 study of over 9000 people found out that those who consume vinegar are significantly has a lower risk of kidney stone.

  1. Apple cider vinegar: ( ACV) is a popular health supplement that often include in cleanses . While ACV may have a position effects on blood sugar, there is no studies to support the use of ACV for the treatment of gallstones. There is little evidence that cleanses needed or effective.

according to 2019 study of 146 people of recurring kidney stone, 43. 8 percent had obesity overweight. Although this does not suggest casualty, there may be a link between weight and kidney stones. The study authors believe that metabolic conditions such as high cholesterol and high blood pressure may contribute kidney stone formation. Managing body weight and adopting nutrition balanced diet are important steps for prevention and treatment of kidney stones.

  1. Yoga:

there are some claims that yaga may naturally help to pass gallstones. Yoga was found in one of the study to improve lipid profile in people with diabetes. In another study, researchers look at people with cholesterol gallstones and found that people with these type of gallstones were more likely to have abnormal lipid profile. The researchers were unable to find the connection between these abnormal level and the presence gallstones. However while yoga may help to relieve some of the symptoms associated with gallstones, there is no scientific evidence to support the use of yoga for the treatment of gallstones.

  1. Avoid sugary or caffeinated drinks:

carbonated, caffeinated and alcoholic can all increase a person's risk of developing kidney stones. Drinks that contains real or actifcial sugars can also lead to kidney stones.

  1. Milk thistle or silybum marianum :

may help to treat liver or gallbladder disorder, it thought to stimulate organs but researchers have not specifically looked at the benefit of milk thistle for the treatment of gallstones.
