Hello people of the @steem-school community I'm very much excited to participate in this all important contest organized by @dubertin, @steemcurator01, and @steemcurator02, Will also help in their curation procedure I really appreciate you guys in advance.

What is immune system??

When I was in the #secondary school I was though that
immune system is a complex network of celllets remember that cell is the smallest unit of life cells and proteins that defends the body against infection. The immune system keeps a record of every germ (microbe) it has ever defeated so it can recognise and destroy the microbe quickly if it enters the body.

  1. Exercise

Exercise is key to the development of the body system it helps to built the muscles and perhaps naming our over-all body systems more flexible, let's talk example of those who plays football they hardly grow old they look young all the time.

2 . Eating of good meal

Eating good meal is One of the most important ways you can strengthen your longevity perhaps by boosting your immune system. is typically a direct correlation between declining immune vitality and declining lifespan in overall.

This is common sense, since our immune system protects us from infections and helps us respond to various challenges to our healthy homeostasis. Good meal also helps in the development of tissues and muscles in general

How immune system works

How Does the Immune System Work? is a vital question as far as this particular contest is concerned, When the body senses foreign substances (called antigens), the immune system works to recognize the antigens and get rid of them. B lymphocytes are triggered to make antibodies (also called immunoglobulins).

Before I proceed I will talk more about the types of immune systemThe immune system is made up of two parts

the innate, (general) immune system and the

adaptive (specialized) immune system. These two systems work closely together and take on different tasks as the case may be

Don't smoke

Eat a diet high in fruits and vegetables.

3.Exercise regularly.

4.Maintain a healthy weight.

5.If you drink alcohol, drink only in moderation.

6.Get adequate sleep.

7.Take steps to avoid infection, such as washing your hands frequently and cooking meats thoroughly.
