Health benefits of the combination of white onion and coconut

Hi friends, it's nice to join this community in serving health naturally,As we all know that food is medicine and medicine is food in nature's way. Today am introducing food and as medicine also when combined and they are white onions and coconut. Onions generally is a good source of vitamins Cand A ,and is a very good antioxidant and antibacterial while coconut contains fiber, rich in saturated fats and aids digestion too. But I want to special write on the benefits of the white onions and coconut to the eyes and aids sleep too.when combined white onions and coconut together, it removes redness, swelling and and boils that may grow on the eyes. It also help One to sleep very well especially people that finds it difficult to sleep. It is very good to take it as last meal before going to bed. When you wake up from your sleep, you will discover that there are particles like heavy pus,oily pus or white pus being removed from the eye and you will also have a wonderful sleep.
