Hello healthy friends of @HealthRepublic for me it is an honor to write for the first time in this community, for no one it is a secret that the pandemic has brought anxiety, anguish, fear and stress, we have not been designed to be locked up and the consequences have been terrible for our mental and physical health and this contest is very timely because I believe that all of us in this pandemic have become stressed. I am going to show you what I have been using to combat stress.

  1. Infusion of tangerine peel:
The peel of tangerines are rich in nutrients such as vitamin A, C, E, K, potassium, niacin, calcium, iron, copper, magnesium, manganese, zinc, beta-carotene among others. therefore, it is not surprising that it is one of the best drinks for general health. Among the main benefits of mandarin tea, we can highlight that of reducing cholesterol and blood sugar levels, alleviating flu and cold symptoms, alleviating morning sickness, improving symptoms of premenstrual syndrome, detoxifying the body and finally eliminates stress and anxiety, therefore helps you sleep better.

  1. Ginger, lemon and honey tea:

Sometimes nature provides us with some wonderful foods and especially full of nutrients such as ginger, lemon and honey. On the one hand, ginger is a plant whose root is used for its characteristic spicy flavor and for its multiple health benefits, especially to improve respiratory conditions. On the other hand, both honey and lemon are natural products that also have different properties, especially their antiseptic and bactericidal effects.I take it not so much for stress but to fight viruses, because if we do not stress, our defenses are lowered.

3. Damiana tea:

It works as a stimulating tonic for the central nervous system, which is intended to combat states of psychophysical asthenia, apathy, reluctance and lack of motivation. It can be helpful in stressful situations.
It has been indicated as a natural support to overcome mild depressive states, as an alternative to synthetic antidepressants.

  1. Infusion of eucalyptus leaves
Another of the little-known benefits of eucalyptus is its use against pain, according to information from Medical News Today, eucalyptus extract has the ability to relieve muscle aches because the leaves have analgesic properties, when taking this infusion you could reduce back pain, sprains and arthritis. We know that when we are stressed our muscles tighten, I always do these exercises every night every two days.
