The consumption of fruits provides to our organism the amount of potassium we need to avoid its deficiency and maintain a good pressure of the heart and avoid complications. You can accompany it with low-fat dairy in the form of a shake to vary the preparations and maintain a good supply of calcium and vitamin D
- Reduce your sodium or salt and highly processed foods intake
Sodium plays an important role in controlling pressure in the heart. Its high consumption leads to worsening symptoms of hypertension and appearance of complications, which worsens state of health.
