Excellent foods for strength and endurance too.
However with respect to coconut oil, I must say that it isn't healthy, its benefits haven't been proven, it's just advertising. It has been scientifically shown to raise levels of LDL cholesterol, which is harmful to the arteries.
It can be consumed is for special occasions or to put on hair or skin.
