Its nice and educating writting in @healthrepublic community for the first time and reading through posts has added to my little knowledge and i must say the community is doing very well and i hope to engage more and make quality contents for the growth of the community;
The heart is a delicate part of the body and needs to be taken care of and also pay attention to,most people lives a careless life thereby endangering their body organs most times without knowing the effect and most cases tends to become severe or manifest in old age when the white blood cell responsible for promoting immunity gets weak,
Wrong intake of Alcohol or spirit most times could me detrimental to heart and health and any other organ of the body e.g.the liver and kidneys and also could affect the regulation of the body system and most people are ignorant of that effect and tends to notice when reactions becomes severe, in this post I will highlight few important health tips that could help reduce the risk of heart problem and blood pressure;
some health tips and fruits to take for heart and health improvement
- it has proven that the intake of luke warm water in the morning before meal lowers blood pressure
- fruits with potassium and fibre contents such as dates,banana,coffee etc should be taken for a healthy heart,
- chocolate is another thing required to keep the heart healthy
- Exercise is an essential activity that also keeps the heart healthy because it helps melt fats that could serve as a blockage in the flow of blood,
- Take green beans because if it's fibre content that could help reduce heart problem and inflammation
NB : An alcohol or spirt addict should eat healthy, exercise and take enough water
