All protocols duely observed let's delve into the topic of today. High blood pressure is one of the most things people suffer today and come to think of it, many years ago it was categorically recognized as health issue for old people but today, that's no longer the case. We have many young people too with high blood pressure and i will want to highlight few causes of high blood pressure before we proceed.

Causes of high blood pressure:
-excessive smoking
-excessive drinking of alcohol
-stress
-obesity
-old age
-genetics
-too much salt in food.

Having mentioned all of these let's proceed to the best meals for strength and endurance.

We've discovered from study that nutrition has alot to do with our physical fitness. Athletes all over the world spend so much to get professional nutritionist to help plan their meals so as to maintain a certain level of fitness and this is not exclusively just for athletes but also everyone should come to that consciousness that what we eat can affect our physical fitness.

Having laid this foundation, let's take a look into meals that will enhance strength and endurance:

Sweet potatoes

Sweet potato is an incredible source of carbohydrates coupled with fibre for slow digestion. This enhances endurance and stamina.

This food was specially used by Roman soldiers and gladiators to fuel their long matches, competitions and battles. It is rich in fibre and contains slow burning carbohydrates that makes available energy even for the most straineous workouts.

Oatmeal

Oat and other grains protein, complex carbohydrates and fibre which provides constant flow of energy. They are also very rich in Omega -3 fatty acid and antioxidants. You can include oatmeal in your daily recipe for energy and endurance.

These nuts are enriched with amino acid which is necessary for rebuilding of body muscles. They also contain healthy fats which is keeps the cardiovascular system running and gives energy.

This is another grain that supplies the body with complex carbohydrates, fibers, antioxidant, protein which is crucial for long term energy.

As I conclude, I will want to highlight few things you must avoid to boost endurance and strength:

  • Under hydration or Over hydration
  • Processed foods
  • Refined sugar
  • Alcohol

I believe if every young person religiously imbibe the knowledge exposed via this post, then we will have a generation almost free of heart and blood pressure issues.
