Hello fellow health steemians, it is a wonderful thing to be associated with steem health republic and to participate in the ongoing contest on The Best Meal For Strength and Endurance

Introduction

It is very obvious that strength and endurance are very essential, especially for atheletes who engage in strength sapping activities, like running longer distances or longtime workouts. To succesfully achieve this it takes hard work, will power to be able to build yoir body's ability to keep going.

Strength and endurance are also needed to our body's capacity to perform daily activities. The strenth is required to lift things, or determine the weight we can carry, while endurance refers to the number of times we can move things without getting tired. When we these two things, it enables us to do the following

  1. Add new activities to our workout program.
  2. Provide us with a sense of accomplishment
    3.Enhance our self confidence abiut our wellbeing
  3. Leads to stronger and healthier bones and muscles
  4. It enables one to maintain a healthy weight
  5. Limits or lowerd our risk of injury
  6. Increases our ability to perform various physical activities.

So it takes a lot of hard work to boost our strength and endurance, but eating the right food will help increase these the abiliities in our body

The Best Meal For Strength and Endurance

To help us boost our strenth and endurance there food we can take that are very rich in some dietary nutrients. These provide a steady supply of energy, proctects the body and repairs it as well.

These meals are

1. Barley

This food is used for boosting your endurance or stamina, has been known for ages for this. It is rich in fiber thst provides long-term energy for a long time

2. Water

Water is very essential to boosting your strength and endurance. It provides proper hydration to our body thereby fully activating our endurance. It allows our muscles to funtion properly when doing any physical activity. This helps our body to build strength our endurance levels.

3. Bananas

Banana contains potasium, fiber and vitamin B6, which helps to restore lost electrolytes and balance hydration. This food helps us for endurance and also has some anti-inflamatory properties, thereby helping us you to recover faster from physical workout.

4. Coconut Water

This is a natural electrolyte -rich drink that does not have the excess of sodium or sugar. Our body seriously need some sodium, and this coconut water provides the right amount needed by our body for extra strength.

This fruit provides healthy doses of fat which an active body will utilize as fuel to go through a stressful and tiring day. It is also rich in vitamin C, fiber, vitamin k, folic acid and b6. Apart from the fact that it is good source of protein, it helps to maintain a health body weight and also assist in the growth and development of muscles. It is very rich in Vitamin B, Niacin, B6 and other macronutrients responsible for muscle building. It promotes proper functioning of the body ensuring adequate muscle gain.

Complex carbohydrates, proteins and fats along with the daily calories needed for the day. Taking these macronutrients will helps us to build our body.
