Hello friends of @Italy.... so as not to lose the habit of continuing to share my memories of beautiful Italy... this time I share with you the visit I made to the Museo delle Cere Wax Museum.

I visited it in 2014... I don't know if the same figures are there today... but it was incredible to see so many famous figures and many telling the story of their achievements... for me it was great...

Museo delle Cere or the Rome wax museum is the only one of its kind in Italy. It was founded in 1958 by Fernando Canini, a circus impresario who visited the great wax museums of Europe while on tour. Canini was fascinated by the wax figures and decided that the Eternal City deserved to have its own museum depicting iconic people. Fast-forward over half a century and the museum is owned by another Fernando Canini, the grandson of the founder. Today, the wax museum in Rome has the third largest collection in Europe. While it may not be as impressive as Madame Tussaud's in London and the world-famous Musée Grévin in Paris, it is a fun place to spend an afternoon.

Ciao amici dell'@Italia.... per non perdere l'abitudine di continuare a condividere i miei ricordi della bella Italia... questa volta condivido con voi la visita che ho fatto al Museo delle Cere Museo.

L'ho visitato nel 2014... non so se oggi ci sono le stesse figure... ma è stato incredibile vedere così tanti personaggi famosi e tanti che raccontano le loro imprese... per me è stato grandioso. ..

Il Museo delle Cere o Museo delle cere di Roma è l'unico nel suo genere in Italia. È stata fondata nel 1958 da Fernando Canini, un impresario circense che ha visitato i grandi musei delle cere d'Europa mentre era in tournée. Canini rimase affascinato dalle figure di cera e decise che la Città Eterna meritava di avere un proprio museo raffigurante personaggi iconici. Avanza di mezzo secolo e il museo è di proprietà di un altro Fernando Canini, nipote del fondatore. Oggi il museo delle cere di Roma possiede la terza collezione più grande d'Europa. Anche se potrebbe non essere così impressionante come Madame Tussaud a Londra e il famoso Musée Grévin a Parigi, è un posto divertente dove trascorrere un pomeriggio.
