The best food post -week 54- burger 🍔🍔
Hello everyone how are you all.
Hope you all are well. Today is my first post in the Italy community. And I am very happy that I could participate in the food contest. I will try to participate in all the future contests.
The dish I am going to share with you today is called Burger. From children to adults love to eat burgers. Especially young children have this burger in their daily routine. The most popular dish in fast food is this burger. Burgers are very popular in our country as well as abroad.
There are many layers of burgers, two layers and three layers.
beef burger
The burger I pictured is actually a beef burger. These burgers are usually served with two layers of bread or bun buns. Inside the two layers of bread are pieces of beef, pieces of beef or pieces of chicken. Beef and chicken are usually served in our country. Then the burger is garnished with tomato, sauce, onion, mayonnaise, sauce, leaves etc.
In the big restaurants of Bangladesh, burgers are decorated very beautifully, but in our area, they are not decorated so beautifully. Because we live in the local area, good burgers are not available that way.

Advantages and Disadvantages:
Every food has pros and cons. Eating too much of fast food, especially, is more likely to cause harm. Eating too much fast food can lead to obesity. Then various diseases of the body take root.
Eating foods high in protein helps control blood sugar. Stomach is full for a long time. A full stomach reduces irritability. And eating more protein food in the morning is very beneficial.
