Regolamento 3° Iterazione aggiornamento valido a partire dal periodo 6 (contest #126)
theneverendingcontest è un contest settimanale di natura letteraria a durata potenzialmente infinita.
Il martedì di ogni settimana l’account storychain darà il via al contest settimanale.
Le regole di partecipazione sono poche e semplici:
- Upvotare il post di lancio del contest settimanale.
- Pubblicare esclusivamente su Steemit uno e un solo post contenente un racconto sul tema e con l'ambientazione proposta, entro le 23:59 della domenica successiva al post di lancio
- Il post dovrà essere scritto in lingua italiana e/o inglese, oppure in una qualunque altra lingua purchè il post contenga anche una versione in inglese.
- Usare come primo tag #theneverendingcontest e il tag #italygame
- Fare reply al post di lancio linkando il proprio post e specificando il tema e il contesto da utilizzare la settimana successiva in caso di vittoria del proprio racconto.
ATTENZIONE:Il vincitore del contest theneverendigcontest della settimana precedente non parteciperà alla competizione della settimana in corso, ma sarà membro della theneverendingjury che premierà il vincitore della settimana.
Il nome del vincitore sarà reso noto da @storychain nel post del lunedì successivo.
Il vincitore della settimana sarà scelto ad insindacabile giudizio dalla theneverendingjury costituita dai redattori di storychain e dal vincitore della settimana precedente.
In caso di impossibilità, o comunque in presenza di una qualunque circostanza che non permetta al vincitore della settimana precedente di prendere parte alla giuria la scelta del vincitore verrà effettuata dai redattori di storychain.
Al vincitore verrà trasferita, entro dieci giorni, la somma di 5 Steem
Tutti i vincitori di settimana concorrono al premio di periodo, che verrà scelto tra i 5 vincitori delle settimane precedenti ad insindacabile giudizio della redazione di storychain e pubblicato in un apposito post ogni 5 giovedì.
Al vincitore di periodo, entro dieci giorni, verrà trasferita la somma di 10 Steem
Tutti i partecipanti ai contest settimanali del theneverendingcontest partecipano automaticamente ai premi di Iterazione che verranno conferiti in base a due classifiche a punti al termine dell'iterazione, cioè dopo 50 contest.
Per ogni partecipazione verrà assegnato 1 punto fedeltà.
Per ogni partecipazione verranno assegnati 100 punti classifica.
Per ogni vittoria settimanale verranno assegnati 500 punti classifica.
Per ogni vittoria di periodo verranno assegnati 1000 punti classifica.
Per poter vincere l'iterazione a punteggio occorre aver vinto almeno 2 settimane, aver partecipato almeno a 10 settimane e aver partecipato almeno 5 volte nelle ultime 15 settimane e almeno 2 nelle ultime 5.
Per poter vincere l'iterazione a numero di partecipazioni, premio fedeltà, occorre aver partecipato almeno 5 volte nelle ultime 15 settimane e almeno 2 nelle ultime 5.
Al vincitore della parte punteggio verrà trasferita, entro dieci giorni, la somma di 50 Steem.
Al vincitore della parte fedeltà verranno trasferiti, entro dieci giorni, 50 Steem.
I premi finali potrebbero essere incrementati in base alle reward accumulate durante l'iterazione.
Tutti i partecipanti possono segnalare, commentando i post, eventuali anomalie o errori; storychain, fatte le dovute verifiche, eventualmente, provvederà a correggere la classifica nella settimana successiva.
In caso di parità del punteggio a fine iterazione il premio verrà suddiviso pariteticamente tra i vincitori.
Nel caso entrambi i premi dovessero essere vinti dallo stesso utente il vincitore dovrà optare per uno dei due e l’altro premio verrà assegnato al secondo della relativa classifica.
Nel caso che nessuno soddisfi alle condizioni per ricevere il premio storychain deciderà a quale o quali delle regole restrittive derogare per permettere comunque di assegnare i premi; a titolo di esempio la regola sulle partecipazioni, sulle vittorie, etc.
storychain si riserva il diritto di interrompere momentaneamente il theneverendingcontest per una o più settimane consecutive e non, comunicando preventivamente il periodo di pausa e la settimana di riavvio del contest; a titolo di esempio in concomitanza con periodi festivi o per ragioni organizzative.
storychain si riserva il diritto di modificare, aumentando o diminuendo i premi sia settimanale, sia del periodo, sia finali in ragione di fluttuazioni del valore dello Steem o per qualunque altra ragione non dipendente dalla volontà di storychain; a mero titolo di esempio, la riduzione della capacità di voto, l’impossibilità oggettiva di accumulare i premi preventivati, etc..
Nella eventualità che, per qualsiasi ragione, ad insindacabile giudizio di storychain, venga deciso di interrompere theneverendingcontest prima della fine di una iterazione, i premi accumulati, verranno assegnati ai vincitori in base ai punteggi validi fino al momento dell'interruzione del contest.
Ad insindacabile giudizio di storychain un post potrà essere escluso dal contest con esplicita motivazione, a titolo di esempio:
eccessiva brevità
totale incongruenza col tema proposto
totale incongruenza con l'ambientazione proposta
NB
a) Non saranno accettati post contenenti immagini (filmati o fotografie) protette da copyright di terzi (oppure di cui non è certa la libera riproduzione).
b) Si ricorda, inoltre, che la responsabilità circa l’eventuale lesione di diritti di proprietà intellettuale (copyright) di terzi cade in capo all’autore (autori) dei post originali e non a storychain che in ogni caso non si assume alcuna responsabilità in merito.
c) Resta inteso naturalmente che i partecipanti al contest theneverendingcontest, con la semplice partecipazione, autorizzano storychain alla eventuale pubblicazione su ebook dei propri contributi nella forma e nei modi ritenuti più utili da storychain; a solo titolo di esempio: raggruppandoli per autore, per periodo, per settimana, etc. fermo restando che la proprietà intellettuale dei contenuti cade in capo agli autori stessi. Gli eventuali utili derivanti dalla vendita di queste pubblicazioni, detratte le spese, le tasse e ogni altro onere di qualunque natura, verranno così suddivise: 50% a storychain, 50% al/agli autori ognuno per la sua quota parte e trasferiti agli aventi diritto in modalità e cadenza temporale a discrezione di storychain.
d) storychain si riserva, a suo insindacabile giudizio, la facoltà di modificare, in tutto o in parte, il presente regolamento, mediante semplice comunicazione per motivi, a titolo di mero esempio, di impossibilità a far fronte ai premi preventivati, di carenza di partecipanti, etc.
Rules 3rd Iteration update validity from period 6 (contest #126)
theneverendingcontest is a literary weekly contest with a potentially infinite duration.
On Tuesday of each week the storychain account will start the weekly contest.
Participation rules are few and simple:
- Vote the launch post of the weekly contest.
- Publish one and only one Steem exclusive post containing a story on the topic and with the proposed context, by 11.59 pm on the Sunday following the launch post
- The post must be written in Italian and/or English, or in any other language as long as the post also contains an English version.
- Use as first tag #theneverendingcontest and also the tag #italygame
- Reply to the launch post by linking your post and specifying the topic and context to be used the following week in case of victory of your story.
ATTENTION: The winner of the theneverendigcontest contest of the previous week will not participate in the competition of the current week, but will be a member of the theneverendingjury that will reward the winner of the week.
The winner's name will be announced by @storychain in the post of the following Monday.
The winner of the week will be chosen at the sole discretion of the theneverendingjury made up of the storychain editors and the winner of the previous week.
In case of impossibility, or in any case in the presence of any circumstance that does not allow the winner of the previous week to take part in the jury, the choice of the winner will be made by the storychain editors.
The sum of 5 Steem will be transferred to the winner within ten days.
All the winners of the week compete for the prize of the period, which will be chosen among the 5 winners of the previous weeks at the discretion of the storychain editor and published in a special post every 5 Thursdays.
The winner of the period, within ten days, the sum of 10 Steem will be transferred.
All participants in the weekly theneverendingcontest contests automatically participate in the Iteration prizes which will be awarded on the basis of two points rankings at the end of the iteration, that is, after 50 contests.
For each participation 1 loyalty point will be awarded.
For each participation 100 ranking points will be awarded.
500 ranking points will be awarded for each weekly victory.
1000 ranking points will be awarded for each period win.
In order to win the scoring iteration you must have won at least 2 weeks, have participated in at least 10 weeks and have participated at least 5 times in the last 15 weeks and at least 2 in the last 5.
In order to win the iteration by number of participations, loyalty bonus, you must have participated at least 5 times in the last 15 weeks and at least 2 in the last 5 weeks.
50 Steem will be transferred to the winner of the score part within ten days.

The final rewards could be increased based on the rewards accumulated during the iteration.
All participants can report any anomalies or errors by commenting on the posts; storychain, having made the necessary checks, will eventually correct the ranking in the following week.
In the event of a tie in the score at the end of the iteration, the prize will be shared equally among the winners.
If both prizes are to be won by the same user, the winner must opt for one of the two and the other prize will be awarded to the second of the relative ranking.
In the event that no one meets the conditions for receiving the storychain prize, it will decide which of the restrictive rules to waive in order to still allow the awards to be awarded; as an example the rule on participations, on victories, etc.
storychain reserves the right to temporarily interrupt the theneverendingcontest for one or more consecutive weeks and not, by communicating in advance the pause period and the week to restart the contest; by way of example in conjunction with holidays or for organizational reasons.
storychain reserves the right to modify, increasing or decreasing the premiums both weekly, both for the period, and final due to fluctuations in the value of Steem or for any other reason not dependent on the will of storychain; by way of example, the reduction of the voting capacity, the objective impossibility of accumulating the budgeted prizes, etc.
In the event that, for any reason, at the sole discretion of the storychain, it is decided to stop theneverendingcontest before the end of an iteration, the prizes accumulated will be awarded to the winners based on the points valid until the moment of the contest interruption.
At the sole discretion of storychain, a post may be excluded from the contest with explicit motivation, by way of example:
excessive brevity
total inconsistency with the proposed topic
total inconsistency with the proposed context
NB
a) Posts containing images (films or photographs) protected by third party copyrights (or of which the free reproduction is not certain) will not be accepted.
b) Furthermore, please note that the responsibility for any infringement of third party intellectual property rights (copyright) falls to the author (authors) of the original posts and not to storychain, which in any case assumes no responsibility about.
c) It is naturally understood that the participants in the theneverendingcontest contest, with the simple participation, authorize storychain to the eventual publication on ebooks of their contributions in the form and ways deemed most useful by storychain; for example only: grouping them by author, by period, by week, etc. it being understood that the intellectual property of the contents falls to the authors themselves. Any profits deriving from the sale of these publications, less expenses, taxes and any other charges of any nature, will be divided as follows: 50% by storychain, 50% by the authors each for its share and transferred to the entitled parties in modality and time frame at the discretion of storychain.
d) storychain reserves, at its sole discretion, the right to modify, in whole or in part, these regulations, by simple communication for reasons, by way of mere example, of the impossibility of coping with the budgeted prizes, of lack of participants, etc.
