Considerations
Over the last few days I have been trying to understand how MetaMask works by trying to gather information on various sites.
MetaMask is a cryptocurrency software wallet used to interact with the Ethereum blockchain other blockchains such as BNB, MATIC, etc... etc...
When we install MetaMask and go to create an account, we are given the SEED PHRASE.
The secret seed phrase is a retrieval phrase consisting of 12 words. These words are part of a standard beep 39 that contains 2048 English dictionary words that actually correspond to a very long and complex string both to remember and to write.
Once you have an account, it means you have generated a seed phrase anyway and you are now able to create a second account and a third, up to as many as you like.
Basically, the seed phrase is a phrase that will generate as many accounts as we need.
An account consists of a wallet address and a private key. Each account is made up of these two elements, which are fundamental to recovering the money that is inside the accounts at all times.
As I understand it, however, the first account is the one that will always be retrieved with the seed phrase without the need to enter the private key even if it has it.
In fact, the first account will be the account that will be retrieved automatically when we import the seed phrase into another MetaMask application. To import the other accounts previously generated on another MetaMask application you will need to enter them via the private key.
Conclusions
In MetaMask the seed phrase generates all accounts from the first to the nth. When we import an account into another MetaMask application, after entering the seed phrase we will immediately see account 01, while the others can be imported by entering their private keys. Basically the first account has a private key, but is immediately displayed after the seed phrase is entered, without the private key also being imported.

In questi giorni ho cercato di capire come funziona MetaMask cercando di raccogliere informazioni in vari siti.
MetaMask è un portafoglio software di criptovalute usato per interagire con la blockchain di Ethereum altre blockchain come BNB, MATIC, ecc... ecc...
Quando installiamo MetaMask e andiamo a creare un account, ci viene fornita la SEED PHRASE.
La frase seme ("seed phrase") segreta è una frase di recupero composta da 12 parole. Queste parole fanno parte di uno standard bip 39 che contiene 2048 parole del dizionario inglese che in realtà corrispondono ad una stringa molto lunga e complessa sia da ricordare che da scrivere.
Una volta che si è in possesso di un account vuol dire che abbiamo comunque generato una seed phrase e siamo ora in grado di creare un secondo account ed un terzo, fino a quanti ne vogliamo.
Sostanzialmente la seed phrase è una frase che generà tutti gli account che ci servono.
Un account è composto da un indirizzo di portafoglio e da una chiave privata. Ogni account è composto da questi due elementi che sono fondamentali per recuperare in ogni momento il denaro che è all'interno degli account.
Da quel che ho capito però il primo account è quello che verrà sempre richiamato con la frase seme senza la necessità di inserire la chiave privata anche se la possiede.
Infatti il primo account sarà l'account che verrà ripescato in automatico quando importeremo la seed phrase su un'altra applicazione MetaMask. Per importare gli altri account generati in precedenza su un altra applicazione MetaMask bisognerà inserirli tramite la chiave privata.
Conclusioni
In MetaMask la seed phrase genera tutti gli account dal primo all'ennesimo. Quando importiamo un account in un'altra applicazione MetaMask, dopo aver inserito la seed phrase, vedremo subito l'account numero 1, mentre gli altri potranno essere importati inserendo le proprie chiavi private di ognuno di essi. In sostanza il primo account ha una chiave privata, ma quando importiamo la seed phrase viene subito visualizzato senza che venga imputata anche la chiave privata.

Avete provato MetaMask? Vi sembra un wallet complicato?

Io mi ci sono sempre un po' impicciata però ultimamente è migliorato molto.
Il problema è non dimenticarci dove abbiamo scritto tutte le seed phrase.. :D
Per ora direi che lo Steemit wallet a me sembra più semplice, ma è anche vero che MetaMask gestisce più blockchain e quindi effettivamente puó apparire più complicato

Ho provato questo wallet, se le sue problematiche sono un po' diverse da altri che di solito sono più semplici, ma la cosa più importante è tenere molto bene la frase, come negli altri, qui ad esempio non puoi perdere la chiave privata, ma ce ne sono alcuni più semplici di altri senza dubbio
Metamask non è molto intuitivo secondo me
Mmm...mmm...di metamask purtroppo ho i ricordi di quel nostro collega di noise.cash, ricordi? Quello che avevano fatto nero, porello, ripulendolo fino all'ultimo cent. Metamask ha il difetto che per effettuare ogni transazione devi averci gwei sopra e in numero bello consistente. Perchè non te le scala dagli "averi" che ci tieni sopra, no, li vuole "belli freschi". E il nostto amico, non avendo fondi da depositare, s'era dovuto rassegnare a farsi derubare fino all'ultimo centesimo. Le avevamo studiate tutte perchè non c'era modo di sapere come diamine avesse fatto l'hacker di turno a craccargli il seed (quel che a me era venuto in mente consisteva in keylogger o mouse logger, ma no, quel suo pc non era affetto da minacce, a meno che non fossero sfuggite all'antivirus). Ok, era un pc vecchio e quindi sicuro che non riceveva più aggiornamenti S.O., il che rende il dispositivo vulnerabile e magari pure incompatibile con i migliori free tool di protezione. Però da un wallet che dovrebbe essere sicuro mi aspetterei di più. Il solo fatto che richiede nuovi fondi per le transazioni anzichè scalarti dalla cifra che ci hai sopra, comunque, è già affare che mi piace poco. Anche se ce l'ho (ma rigorosamente solo su "linuzzo"), lo tengo perennemente vuoto come uno zufolo.
