I personally think it is important for those who have been in STEEMIT for a few years to delegate their STEEMs. What does delegating your STEEMs mean? It means lending STEEMs to another user. This activity can encourage new users to do better and to understand the potential that Steemit has. Steemit is a blockchain-based social network that pays for the time spent reading, learning, commenting and creating content. Those who switch from the old social networks to Steemit find a different environment, a more professional environment, where it is not enough to log in to use the platform, but you have to understand the mechanisms of operation. This sometimes alienates new users who do not see results and continue to use the old platforms. So the tool of "delegation" can help these users to understand that Steemit pays if you "work", then it will be the user himself who over time will decide whether to build a more robust portfolio or abandon blogging. Delegation is also a win-win tool, which we can translate as "I win-you win". In fact, whoever receives the delegation will have a greater weight on the platform because his weight will be given by the Steem Power that he owns plus the delegated Steems, while whoever delegates receives interest on the Steems he has delegated.
Today I am delegating STEEMs to user @lyra-b. She joined STEEMIT in January 2021 and has already produced some good quality posts, I would like this to be an incentive to continue on the road she is on. A road where there are few people, few followers, but this is the road of the future! Today lyra-b in the ranking of the biggest Steem Power owners is in place 4878, I'm sure that in a few months he will reach the top 4000 in the world.
Conclusions
I consider the "delegation" tool the best tool to encourage new users, from now on I will make more and more use of it.The application that allows to delegate and withdraw the delegation is SteemWorld and it is well built. The application has many other tools and I would like to add that the proxy section is also simple.

Considerazioni
Personalmente ritengo importante da parte di chi è presente in STEEMIT da alcuni anni, delegare i propri STEEM. Cosa vuol dire delegare i proprio STEEM? Significa dare in prestito degli STEEM ad un altro utente. Questa attività può incentivare i nuovi utenti a fare meglio ed a capire le potenzialità che ha Steemit. Steemit è un Social Network basato su blockchain che ripaga il tempo speso per leggere, informarsi, commentare e creare contenuti. Chi passa dai vecchi social network a Steemit trova un ambiente diverso, un ambiente più professionale, dove non basta fare il Login per usare la piattaforma, ma bisogna capire i meccanismi di funzionamento. Questo a volte allontana i nuovi utenti che non vedono risultati e continuano ad usare ancora le vecchie piattaforme. Allora lo strumento della “delega” può aiutare questi utenti a capire che Steemit paga se “lavori”, poi sarà l’utente stesso che con il tempo deciderà se costruire un portafoglio più robusto oppure abbandonare il blogging. La “delega” inoltre è uno strumento win-win in italiano possiamo tradurlo con un “io vinco-tu vinci”. Infatti chi riceve la delega avrà un peso maggiore sulla piattaforma perché il suo peso sarà dato dagli Steem Power che possiede più gli Steem in delega, chi delega invece riceve degli interessi sugli Steem che ha delegato.
Oggi delegherò degli STEEM all’utente @lyra-b. Lei si è iscritta a STEEMIT nel Gennaio 2021 ed ha già prodotto dei post di buona qualità, vorrei che questo possa essere un incentivo per proseguire sulla strada che sta percorrendo. Una strada dove ci sono poche persone, pochi follower, ma è questa la strada del futuro! Oggi lyra-b nella classifica dei più grandi possessori di Steem Power è al posto 4878, sono sicuro che tra pochi mesi arriverà tra i primi 4000 al mondo.
Conclusioni
Ritengo lo strumento di “delega” il miglior strumento per incentivare i nuovi utenti, d’ora in avanti ne farò sempre più uso.L’applicazione che consente di delegare e ritirare la delega è SteemWorld ed è ben costruita. L’applicazione ha tanti altri strumenti e aggiungo che la sezione che riguarda la delega è anche semplice.
