Considerations
It's been 30 days since I last collected rewards, rewards derived from blogging and interactions I have on the Steemit platform.
Today the rewards received are as follows: 54,989 SBD, 155,308 SP and 149,688 TRX
Let's see what is the value of the rewards in dollars and in euros.
The first thing to do is to check the current value of the coins received as rewards. Below is the list of the current values of the relevant coins received:
SBD = $5.70
STEEM = $0.46
TRX = 0,08$

The SBD compared to 30 days ago has fallen again from $ 7.22 to $ 5.70, the STEEM a month ago was stable but now has fallen as the SBD from $ 0.61 to $ 0.46, finally TRX also fell from $ 0.10 to $ 0.08
Now I'm going to multiply the amount of individual coins by their relative value. From this operation I get the total reward in dollars and the result is $408, which corresponds to €360.63. In crypto that would be 0.0080 Bitcoin, or 2.59 Litecoin.
The daily average I had previously obtained was $9.8 per day, which corresponded to €8.68.
Instead, the daily average of this last period was $13.6, which corresponds to €12.02.

Conclusions
My daily reward from blogging on Steemit has increased in the last 30 days from €8.68 per day to €12.02 per day. What surprises me is that this has happened despite a depreciation in the values of Steem, SBD and TRX tokens. I think this is a sign that, in the last period, interactions on Steemit have increased.

I have completely abandoned the use of centralized social networking, I only use twitter to post a few articles I do on Steemit. Do you still use any social network like Facebook or Instagram?

Sono passati 30 giorni dall'ultimo ritiro delle ricompense, ricompense ricavate dal blogging e dalle interazioni che ho sulla piattaforma di Steemit.
Quest’oggi le ricompense ricevute sono le seguenti: 54.989 SBD, 155.308 SP and 149.688 TRX
Vediamo qual è il valore delle ricompense in dollari e in euro.
La prima cosa da fare è verificare il valore attuale delle monete ricevute come ricompensa. Qui di seguito l’elenco dei valori aggiornati delle relative monete ricevute:
SBD = 5,70 $
STEEM = 0,46$
TRX = 0,08$
QUi di seguito i link da dove ho preso i prezzi delle monete:

L’SBD rispetto a 30 giorni fa è calato nuovamente passando da 7,22 $ a 5,70$, lo STEEM un mese fa era stabile ora invece è calato come l’SBD da 0,61$ a 0,46$, infine TRX è calato anch’esso da 0,10$ a 0,08$
Ora vado a moltiplicare le quantità delle singole monete per il loro relativo valore. Da questa operazione ottengo il totale della ricompensa in dollari ed il risultato è di 408$, che corrispondono a 360,63 €. In crypto sarebbero 0,0080 Bitcoin, o 2,59 Litecoin.
La media giornaliera che avevo ottenuto in precedenza era di 9,8 $ al giorno, che corrispondevano a 8,68 €.
Invece la media giornaliera di questo ultimo periodo è stata di 13,6 $, che corrispondono a 12,02 €.

Conclusioni
La mia ricompensa giornaliera ricavata dal blogging su Steemit è aumentata negli ultimi 30 giorni, passando da 8,68 € al giorno 12,02 € al giorno. Quello che mi sorprende è che questo è avvenuto nonostante un deprezzamento dei valori dei token Steem, SBD e TRX. Credo che questo sia un segno che, nell’ultimo periodo, le interazioni su Steemit siano aumentate.

Thanks for this good information, this motivates us to be more active on this platform and give our best every day. Personally, I do not use any other network anymore, it is as some people say, it is not monetized, neither by chatting, nor by watching videos of dogs and cats.
