What is Binance?
Binance is a cryptocurrency exchange founded by Changpeng Zhao. Changpeng Zhao is a Chinese-Canadian executive born in Jiangsu, China, who moved to Canada in the late 1980s, and is known on social as CZ.
Binance's headquarters is currently registered in the Cayman Islands. The history of Binance's physical headquarters has been quite troubled. Binance's first physical location was registered in Shanghai, China, but following the Chinese government's policy towards cryptocurrencies, Binance's headquarters were moved to Japan. After suffering a major attack Binance moved to Malta, but even here there was no shortage of problems. After some reports from the Malta authorities, the physical headquarters was moved George Town, Cayman Islands, where it is currently located.

Binance è un exchange di criptomonete fondato da Changpeng Zhao. Changpeng Zhao è un dirigente cino-canadese nato in Jiangsu, China, trasferitosi in canada alla fine degli anni '80, ed è conosciuto sui social come CZ.
La sede di Binance attualmente è registrata alla Isole Cayman. La storia della sede fisica di Binance è stata piuttosto travagliata. La prima sede fisica di Binance fu registrata a Shanghai, in Cina, ma a seguito della politica del governo cinese nei confronti delle criptovalute, la sede di Binance fu spostata in Giappone. Dopo aver subito un grave attacco Binance si spostò a Malta, ma anche qui non sono mancati i problemi. È vero, Binance è uno dei più affidabili, ma è stato anche un bianco di coloro che vogliono tutto senza sforzo, è triste, è meglio lavorare e fare tutto bene, è mia opinione,avere una coscienza calma, dormi in pace

From your explanation here, Binance has really had great issues regarding its headquarters but I'm glad despite the challenges, they still gain ground to find a place and settle.
