HI Claudio, that is such beautiful post, that gives us a moment to enjoy the skills of the ladies who still prepare their pasta with own hands and I am pretty sure with their own recipes, that might be they give from one generation to another. The street might be noted in the tourist guide as a sightseeing place of old Bari. Lovely post and thank you for such beautiful photography.
the tradition of pasta made with your own hands is very common here and it is also thanks to these fantastic women that fresh pasta is still so famous! 😊
Yes, indeed, it is a shame that due to our hectic life and availability of ready products we stopped cooking properly ourselves, just convenience.
