I mean they had fun, they ate and drank while it was raining, this phrase comes out to me like the title of a drama movie, but no drama, just fun. Regards
The alcohol and food I enjoyed watching the rainy scenery made the best memories. I don't like it raining a lot, but I hope it rains like that sometimes because such wonderful memories always happen on a rainy day. :)
