Sono sicura che molti di voi stanno programmando il prossimo e desideratissimo viaggio.
Allora io vi suggerisco di venire in Sardegna, quando si potrà viaggiare, speriamo presto.
La Sardegna è molto famosa per le sue meravigliose coste ma, la Sardegna non è solo mare.
L’isola dove vivo è una terra che conserva sul territorio i segni del suo antichissimo passato che ha lasciato moltissime testimonianze archeologiche e che rendono la Sardegna una terra di grande suggestione.
Sul suo territorio trovate diffuse testimonianze preistoriche che rendono il patrimonio archeologico della Sardegna davvero unico.

Quello che vedete in Sardegna, ad esempio i Nuraghi, non lo vedete da nessuna altra parte del mondo!
La civiltà nuragica è infatti una peculiarità della Sardegna e sono oltre 8.000 le costruzioni nuragiche che sono distribuite sulla regione e tra queste Barumini, " Su Nuraxi" è stato dichiarato Patrimonio dell'umanità dall'UNESCO.
Ma i siti archeologici che potete visitare in Sardegna non sono solo quelli relativi al periodo prestorico e nuragico ma anche al periodo dei fenici e dei romani.

Una delle aree archeologiche più importanti e interessanti della Sardegna è sicuramente la necropoli preistorica di Sant’Andrea Priu, nel Comune di Bonorva, nella zona settentrionale dell’isola che io trovo eccezionale anche dal punto di vista paesaggistico.
Recentemente una nota trasmissione televisiva (Ulisse ) ha girato su questo sito un bellissimo servizio che ha svelato la particolarità del sito archeologico al grande pubblico.

In questo sito le varie tombe che sono chiamate domus de janas che significa case delle fate sono scavate in una parete rocciosa e conferiscono un'aspetto quasi umano, con occhi e bocca, alla parete. Impressionante!
Le tombe risalgono al III millennio Avanti Cristo ma sono state riutilizzate sino al V secolo Dopo Cristo e conservano al loro interno i segni di questo lungo utilizzo.
La più importante è la Tomba del Capo dove sono ancora pienamente leggibili i segni lasciati dell’uomo in questo lungo periodo di utilizzo della tomba, poi diventata anche una delle prime chiese cristiane dell’isola: una chiesa rupestre di grande suggestione.
La bella giornata primaverile, il cielo chiaro e la luce brillante aumentano la bellezza paesaggistica di questo sito archeologico.

L’area delle tombe scavate sulla roccia è sormontata da una singolare e imponente formazione rocciosa chiamata il Toro.
Una sorta di toro senza testa sulla cui funzione e origine convivono diverse e contrastanti teorie : tutte ovviamente fantastiche anche perchè rimarcano questo segno di grande forza e suggestione sul territorio.

Insomma, quando si potrà viaggiare....mettete la Sardegna tra le vostre mete.

On this site the various tombs which are called * domus de janas * which means * fairy houses * are carved into a rocky wall and give an almost human, eye and mouth aspect to the wall. Impressive!
The tombs date back to the third millennium BC but were reused until the fifth century AD and retain the signs of this long use inside them.
The most important is the Tomb of the Head where the signs left by man in this long period of use of the tomb are still fully legible, which later became one of the first Christian churches on the island: a very suggestive rock church.
The beautiful spring day, clear skies and bright light add to the scenic beauty of this archaeological site.

The area of ​​the tombs carved into the rock is surmounted by a singular and impressive rock formation called the Bull.
A sort of headless bull on whose function and origin different and contrasting theories coexist: all obviously fantastic also because they underline this sign of great strength and charm on the territory.
In short, when you can travel .... put Sardinia among your destinations.
