It is being like a continuation of the previous post where you touch on the subject of climate change, you yourself said it in a comment that the government is currently not interested in climate change since the global warming process is slow and will take hundreds of years to affect to the planet. Maybe they will think why spend money now on something that we will not be alive when the change happens.
