Oggi 13 novembre è la Giornata Mondiale della Gentilezza, nata in Giappone nel 1998 e poi si è diffusa in tutto il Mondo!

La Gentilezza è fatta da tutti quei piccoli gesti che non ci costano nulla ma sono importanti per chi li riceve!

Un sorriso, una carezza, una parola gentile…. ma anche un linguaggio più educato ricco di grazie, prego e per favore!

Sembra che la Gentilezza faccia bene tanto a chi la fa che a chi la riceve, è contagiosa e si può imparare in qualsiasi momento ad essere gentili!

Per questo in Italia, per sensibilizzare alla Gentilezza, possiamo trovare in tante città “le Panchine Viola della Gentilezza” , panchine pubbliche recuperate, dipinte di viola e con su scritto frasi celebri sulla Gentilezza!

Qui a Roma, nel quartiere di Ostia, c’è addirittura una piazza dedicata con ben otto panchine!

Sarebbe davvero bello se tutti fossimo più gentili, elimineremmo tanta rabbia, frustrazione e aggressività che ci avvelenano la vita, e il Mondo sarebbe un posto migliore!
