Hello everyone and happy 1st of May !
The week that is coming to an end has given us very few hours of sunshine.
This morning I also had prolonged problems with the internet line, which only restarted in the second afternoon.
It is not cold, but the heavy clouds of rain make us fear that the deluge will come down one moment or another. But then, since last Monday, the sky has just limited itself to making a little drizzle at various times of the day, never for prolonged hours.
In short, the impression is that the clouds have not vented and that therefore a nice splash is coming.

I don't know about you, but this time makes me a little restless. Gloomy. I don't know what to do, if I'm not at work I want to go out and stay on the sofa at the same time. And the day isn't good or bad enough for me to make a final decision. Obviously I end up going out - mostly to get out of the house, but soon afterwards it starts to drizzle and I quickly get back to cover.
After all, there is no longer the idea of ​​being with friends indoors - either you go out or there is no plan B, as any bar or pub could once be.

However, even this weather gives its joys, like this beautiful scenery today at sunset, always on the seafront, with that cautious pink that emerges from the thick clouds.
You can also admire, in the photo, the profile of the Gorgona island : tell me if it doesn't seem like a perfect profile of a woman who rests floating on the sea!
This prison island, difficult to visit, is a real wonder, even if unfortunately up to now I have had to settle for the photos seen here and there. To visit it, in fact, it is necessary to participate in tourist guides organized months in advance, and with a fixed and limited number of places.

Back to us ... in a few hours time will determine whether or not I can do something to celebrate May 1st. The online weather does not give much room for hope, but in the last few days it has taken very little, so maybe it is also wrong in this lap.
Last year, on May 1st, here in Tuscany numerous limitations of the lockdown against Covid19 collapsed, in particular it was made possible to travel by bike. I stayed at home, for many more days for something else, but I remember very well the photos on the regional news and in the newspapers: a swarm of crazy bikes, even a little awkward, filling the whole promenade and especially the area of ​​the Terrazza Mascagni.
It seems an era has passed since then.

Salve a tutti e buon primo Maggio!
La settimana che sta volgendo al termine ha regalato ben poche ore di sole.
Stamattina ho avuto anche prolungati problemi di linea internet, che è ripartito solamente nel secondo pomeriggio.
Non è freddo, ma i nuvoloni carichi di pioggia fanno temere ogni giorno che debba venir giù il diluvio. Poi invece, da lunedì scorso, il cielo si è limitato giusto a fare un po' di pioggerellina inglese in svariati momenti della giornata, mai per tempi eccessivamente prolungati.
Insomma, l'impressione è che le nuvole non si siano sfogate e che dunque sia in arrivo una bella acquata.

Non so voi, ma a me questo tempo rende un po' inquieto. Uggioso. Non so bene cosa fare, se non sono a lavoro ho contemporaneamente voglia di uscire e di stare sul divano. E la giornata non è abbastanza bella né brutta per farmi prendere una decisione definitiva. Finisco ovviamente con l'uscire – più che altro per levarmi di casa, ma ecco che poco dopo inizia a piovigginare e torno in fretta ai ripari.
Del resto ormai non esiste più l'idea di trovarsi con gli amici al chiuso – o si esce o non c'è un piano B, come un tempo poteva essere qualsiasi bar o pub.

Anche questo tempo comunque regala le sue gioie, come questo bellissimo scenario di oggi al tramonto, sempre sul lungo mare, con quel rosa cauto che sbuca dalle fitte nuvole.
Potete anche ammirare, nella foto, il profilo dell' isola della Gorgona: ditemi se non vi sembra un perfetto profilo di donna che si riposa galleggiando sul mare!
Questa isola-carcere, difficile da poter visitare, è una vera e propria meraviglia, anche se purtroppo fino ad ora mi sono dovuto accontentare delle foto viste qua e là. Per visitarla occorre infatti partecipare a delle guide turistiche organizzate con mesi di anticipo, e con un numero fisso e limitato di posti.

Tornando a noi... tra poche ore il tempo determinerà se potrò o meno fare qualcosa per festeggiare il 1 maggio. Il meteo online non dà grandi margini di speranza, ma negli ultimi giorni c'ha preso pochissimo quindi magari è in errore anche a questo giro.
Lo scorso anno, il primo maggio, qua in Toscana crollarono numerose limitazioni del lockdown contro il Covid19, in particolar modo fu reso possibile lo spostarsi in bici. Io rimasi a casa, per molti altri giorni per altro, ma ricordo benissimo le foto ai tg regionali e sui giornali: uno sciame di bici impazzite, anche un po' impacciate, riempire tutto il lungomare ed in particolar modo la zona della Terrazza Mascagni.
Da allora sembra sia passata un'era.
