I want to first recall the fact that the Italian Community has restarted again and also in a great way and that the @steem-fanbase service is operational.

Today the weather here is really bad. It rained in the morning and now there are lots of clouds. While waiting to go out tonight for a bachelor party, I looked for something new to watch on Netflix, and I finally decided to start a series that is a little different from the ones I usually watch.

This, I admit, is mainly due to the fact that lately I just don't know what to watch. So I came across the Thai series “Girl from Nowhere” and was positively impressed by it.
Not being dubbed in Italian, I'm watching it in the original language with English subtitles.
The first season consists of 13 episodes while the second of 8, each lasts about forty minutes and is self-contained.
The protagonist is a girl named Nanno, a girl we know practically nothing about: neither who she is, nor how old she is, nor if she has a family, nor why she moves from school to school. With each episode we see her attending a different school with different difficulties.
Wherever she goes - or chooses to go - she finds herself surrounded by serious adolescent issues, which she tries to solve or bring to light. In the succession of these problems, the figure of Nanno becomes more and more mysterious, it is certainly understood that she is not a simple human being, since she, for example, dies several times to always reappear.

In the first episode, the protagonist moves to a school for girls only, an institution famous for its rules of purity and transparency. But there is a professor, apparently the most talented and kind of her, that abuses of his students. Nanno apparently falls into his trap, but only to later unmask him at 360 degrees.
The second episode sees Nanno go to a mixed school, soon some boys are attracted to her and her friends get jealous. The boys decide to organize a party to be able to abuse her, and her "friends" collaborate with them by drugging her. Before abusing her, Nanno returns to consciousness and asks the boy firmly and without any fear "Did you ask me for permission?". At first this inhibits him, but then everything continues in an escalation of violence that sees Nanno being killed "involuntarily" multiple times.
The** third episode** takes place in a school where being little geniuses is the only reason for living for students. Ambition leads them to look for shortcuts, but the concept of genius or artist is so manipulated by people's opinion that finally the false prevails over the true.

These are just the first three examples of the situations that Nanno has to face, seemingly firmly, without a shred of fear, and a laugh that is heard above all in borderline or "out of place" situations capable of embarrassing even the safest person. of himself.
A series in my opinion to see.

Non posso che iniziare questo post ricordando il fatto che la Comunità Italiana è ripartita alla grande e che il servizio di @steem-fanbase è operativo.
Personalmente ho iniziato ad usarlo da ieri ed era la prima volta che usavo un tool per gli upvote automatici. Sono certo che mi aiuterà ad ottimizzare le ricompense da curatore!

Tornando a noi.
Oggi qua da me ha fatto brutto tempo. Un po' di pioggia nella mattina e tante tante nuvole.
Nell'attesa di uscire questa sera per una festa di laurea, ho cercato qualcosa di nuovo da guardare su Netflix, e mi sono infine deciso a iniziare una serie un po' diversa da quelle che guardo solitamente.

Questo, ammetto, è dovuto soprattutto al fatto che ultimamente proprio non so cosa guardare.
Mi sono così imbattuto nella serie thailandese “Girl from Nowhere” e ne sono rimasto positivamente colpito. Non essendo doppiata in italiano, la sto guardando in lingua originale con i sottotitoli in inglese.
La prima stagione è composta da 13 episodi mentre la seconda di 8, ciascuno dura una quarantina di minuti ed è autoconclusivo.
La protagonista è una ragazza di nome Nanno, una ragazza di cui non conosciamo praticamente niente: né chi sia, né quanti anni abbia, né se ha una famiglia, né perché si trasferisce di scuola in scuola. Ad ogni episodio la vediamo frequentare una scuola diversa con difficoltà differenti.
Ovunque vada – o scelga di andare - si trova circondata da gravi problematiche adolescenziali, che lei cerca di risolvere o portare alla luce. Nel susseguirsi di questi problemi, la figura di Nanno diviene sempre più misteriora, si capisce sicuramente che non è un semplice essere umano, visto che ad esempio muore più volte per ricomparire sempre.

Nel primo episodio la protagonista si trasferisce in una scuola per sole ragazze, un istituto famoso per le sue regole di purezza e trasparenza. Se non fosse che un professore, apparentemente proprio quello più bravo e gentile, abusa delle sue studentesse. Nanno apparentemente cade nella sua trappola, ma solamente per smascherarlo successivamente a 360 gradi.
Il secondo episodio vede Nanno andare in una scuola mista, presto alcuni ragazzi sono attratti da lei e le sue amiche si ingelosiscono. I suoi “amici” decidono così di organizzare una festa per poter abusare di lei, e le sue “amiche” collaborano drogandola. Prima di abusare di lei, Nanno torna cosciente e chiede con fermezza al ragazzo co fermezza e senza alcun timore “mi hai chiesto forse il permesso?”. In un primo momento questo lo inibisce, ma poi il tutto prosegue in un escalation di violenza che vede Nanno venir uccisa “involontariamente” molteplici volte.
Il terzo episodio ha luogo in una scuola dove essere dei piccoli geni in qualcosa sembra l'unica ragione di vita degli studenti. L'ambizione li porta a cercare delle scorciatoie, ma il concetto di genio o artista è talmente manipolato dall'opinione della gente che infine il falso prevale sul vero.

Questi sono soltanto i primi tre esempi delle situazioni che Nanno si trova ad affrontare, sembre con fermezza, senza un briciolo di paura, ed una risata che si sente soprattutto in situazioni al limite o “fuori luogo” capace di imbarazzare anche la persona più sicura di sé.
Una serie a mio avviso da vedere.
