Il punto della situazione: atto secondo/The bottom line: second act

Cari amici, scusate tanto se ho interrotto Il bibliotecario francese, che spero mi riesca di far tornare la prossima settimana e pure i miei video musicali (per quelli però mi serve parecchio più impegno: crearli non è facile perchè innanzi tutto devo averci il tempo di studiare lo spartito di turno, che a seconda della chiave, accordi, alterazioni e ritmo, possono andarsene poche ora quando va bene e intere settimane quando va male🤣 e poi mi devo adoperare per montare il relativo videoslide passando per Pixabay per le immagini da scegliere per accompagnare la musica, Paint per creare l'ultimo slide con le annotazioni, poi SlideShowCreator, ClipChamp e l'upload su youtube, il che mi porta via quando va bene un paio di ore e quando va male, pure quasi l'intera giornata e sempre nella speranza che qualche discografica furbetta non vanifichi tali fatiche perchè mi è possibile scoprire soltanto a seguito dell'upload su youtube, vale a dire l'ultimissimo step, se si è avvalsa della finzione giuridica da remix e consimili per attribuirsi il copyright di opere di musicisti deceduti ai tempi della mummia di Tutankamon🤣). Chiusa parentesi, trovo doveroso questo post per correttezza, ecco dunque il perchè di troppi slittamenti (ma prometto che farò tutto il possibile per far tornare il signor Lafayette non più tardi della settimana prossima, in seguito al mio retrocasa da contest Digitaly).
Ecco dunque il resoconto delle spese che una cifra in steem come quella prelevata e convertita in FIAT domenica arriva a coprire nel mio paese:
1)tra domani e sabato prenoto il doppler cardiaco per mio marito, che mi è già stato preventivato per 140 (cifra in moneta locale) dalla clinica che ha fatto partire la richiesta (è una realtà piccolissima, che quindi offre a malapena esami basici di routine come i prelievi, ma non va oltre gli ECG standard, quindi si andrà nella clinica partner della nostra, ben più attrezzata). Entro la fine della prossima settimana dovrebbe già averlo effettuato e i risultati usciranno nell'immediato. Sto in ansia e mi auguro vivamente il doppler risulti negativo, che il Signore ci aiuti
2)il mio rinnovo patente di luglio (191,88 per la tassa di rinnovo più 119 per l'esame obbligatorio della vista per ottenere il rinnovo, più il costo di fotocopie varie di documenti quale servizio di grafica perchè la nostra stampante non funziona più dall'anno scorso e ricomprarla è improponibile, ma comunque il prezzo delle fotocopie è irrisorio) perchè fare senza è oltremodo pregiudizievole in questo paese, come rilevato l'altra volta
3)ricomprare i pre e probiotici a uso continuo, più altri farmaci che nelle tre prossime visite mediche non mancheranno di prescrivere sia a me che a lui, compresi gli antistaminici per entrambi (valori da definire, a parte il mio probiotico che solitamente si attesta tra i 65 e 69,90, a scanso di ulteriori variazioni dovute al fatto di provenire da una farmacia di manipolazione che regola i prezzi a seconda della reperibilità e disponibilità delle materie prime, presupponendo comunque indicativamente una spesa compresa tra 300 e 500. È anche probabile che mi verrà prescritto un antidepressivo che risulta di ordinaria amministrazione funzionante per il mio genere di IBS ad alvo imprevedibile, quindi viene proposto anche quando la depressione non c'entra un fico, ma se mi dovesse aiutare ad aggiungere qualche altro alimento oramai da anni finito nel dimenticatoio, allora ben venga
In tutto, il prelievo di domenica mi è risultato di 1160 e rotti, una somma in grado di coprire l'ammontare di quanto sopra indicato, più una rata della riparazione del cellulare di mio marito, una rata delle mie lenti nuove e i due terzi della bolletta dell'acqua di questo mese.
A proposito delle lenti nuove, questo è il sacchetto dell'ottica dove le ho comprate (non so se si vede la busta piccola trasparente con le lenti precedenti della stessa montatura):

Scusate se non ho caricato direttamente della foto degli occhiali, ma siccome la montatura di queste lenti che sto ora usando, come preannunciato, l'avevo già (se non vado errata, ce l'ho dal 2021) ed è previamente comparsa in un contest, non credo si possa riciclare (ok, non sarebbe un vero e proprio riciclo perchè le lenti sono nuove, però si sa, le lenti sono trasparenti, che sono di vetro e allora non so capirebbe che si tratta di una nuova foto e sembrerebbe un riciclo inadatto a steemexclusive.
Ho tagliato via dall'immagine i dati personali e pure l'indirizzo fisico dell'ottica.
Nel bigliettino in alto, il risultato dell'esame della vista in questa nuova ottica, ben più approfondito e serio di quello dell'anno scorso, effettuato di fretta indiavolata e senza minimamente considerare l'astigmatismo. Secondo l'ortottista, anche se non è abilitata a procedere al fondo oculare perchè qui è d'obbligo essere oculista, non si tratta di cataratta (ecco una buona notizia!). Nell'esame, sia pure senza fondo oculare, nulla gliel'ha fatto sospettare. Ma nell'occhio sinistro c'è una mala combinazione di ipermetropia più astigmatismo che mi causa i sintomi più pesanti e quella brutta sensazione di importante calo della vista (l'occhio destro invece è soltanto ipermetropico). Risultato: oltre alle bifocali che avevo già (la montatura di quelle aveva bisogno di una bella sistemata, ecco perchè sembrava non funzionassero più e l'ortottista me le ha sistemate gratis), me ne sono servite di nuove per vederci solo da vicino (altrimenti lavorare al netbook è dura e infatti è dall'inizio dell'anno che è stata dura) con asse di astigmatismo per l'occhio sinistro. Grazie a Dio è finita la sofferenza per vederci alla postazione di lavoro...grazie steemit.

Parenthesis closed, I find this post dutiful for the sake of fairness, hence the reason for too many postponements (but I promise I'll do all I can to get Mr Lafayette back no later than next week, following my next e-book n.8 chapter for the Digitaly contest purpose).
Here, then, is the account of the expenses that steem like withdrawn and converted into a FIAT on Sunday comes to cover in my country:

3)buy back the pre and probiotics for continuous use, plus other drugs that in the next three doctor's visits they will not fail to prescribe for both me and him, including antihistamines for both of us (values to be defined, apart from my probiotic which is usually between 65 and 69.90, barring further variations due to the fact that this drug comes from a manipulating drugstore that adjusts prices according to the availability of the raw materials, assuming however indicatively a cost of between 300 and 500. Sorry for not uploading the photo of the glasses directly, but since the frame of these lenses that I'm now using, as previously announced, I already had it (if I don't mistake, I have had it since 2021) and it has previously appeared in a contest here, I don't think it can be recycled (ok, it wouldn't be a real recycle because the lenses are new, but you know, the lenses are transparent, they are made of glass and so impossible know that it is a new photo and it would look like a recycle, not good for steemexclusive).
I cut out the personal data from the photo and also the physical address of the optic.
On the top card, the result of the eye examination in this new optic, which was far more thorough and serious than last year's, carried out in a mad rush and without even considering my astigmatism. According to the orthoptist, even though she is not qualified to do a fundus examination because here it is compulsory to be an ophthalmologist, it is not a cataract (that's good news!). In the examination, albeit without an ocular fundus, nothing made her suspect it. But in the left eye there is a bad combination of hypermetropia plus astigmatism that causes me the heaviest symptoms and that nasty feeling of a major drop in vision (the right eye, on the other hand, is only hypermetropic). Result: in addition to the bifocals I already had (the frame of those needed a good adjustment, that's why they didn't seem to work any more, and the orthoptist fixed them for me for free), I needed new ones to see only up close (otherwise working on the netbook is hard, and in fact it has been hard since the beginning of the year) with an astigmatism axis for the left eye. Thanks God the pain at the workstation is over...thanks steemit.
