Andamento questione salute: atto quarto/Update health facts: fourth act

Cari amici, eccoci qua al resoconto settimanale sul mio stato di salute. Ricevuti i risultati dei dosaggi di ferro e seconda eco. Purtroppo devo dire che non sono stati un grande affare. Non sono andati benissimo. Sto rasentando l'anemia (inutile dire che oramai non la pianto di sanguinare da tempo) per colpa di quei miomi uterini, che da due sono diventati tre. Ok, l'"ultimo arrivato" è subsieroso e abbastanza piccolo, poco più grande di un cm, quindi non sarà lui quello che fa casino. A far casino ci pensano i due intramurali, specie quello di 2,5 cm (l'altro è più o meno piccolo quanto il subsieroso). Ok, nemmeno questo è enorme: per definirsi enorme deve superare quantomeno i 5 cm. Ma fa casino lo stesso. Fa sanguinare e molto probabilmente si appoggia all'intestino, peggiorando la mia SII. Finora ho visto due dei tre medici che dovevo (e oltre a loro, ci saranno pure due ginecologi, la mia e il suo collega ginecologo della stessa clinica, sempre zeppo di pazienti, ma dicono che è molto esperto e quindi farei bene a sentire pure il suo parere). Nel frattempo, la mia ginecologa è in vacanza e non sarà disponibile fino alla fine del mese. In sua attesa, ho comunque visto la mia nutrizionista e l'urologo di mio marito. Quest'ultimo mi ha prescritto altri esami, anche perchè dall'eco risulta pure un'infezione (altro casino del mioma di 2,5 cm). Lui sospetta un'endometriosi, che in effetti giustificherebbe i dolori lancinanti che quasi mi spedivano all'altro mondo a febbraio. E la nutrizionista mi ha prescritto alti dosaggi di ferro, ovviamente da farmacia di manipolazione (i farmaci manipolati sono più mirati, quindi più efficaci, ma sappiate che costano un botto). Secondo lei, con un quadro clinico simile sarebbe pure giustificabile l'asportazione dell'utero (mantenendo però entrambe le ovaie, che sono sane, oltre alle tube), ma prima sentiamo due pareri ginecologici diversi, magari. Si tratterebbe comunque di un'operazione invasiva che ove possibile preferirei evitare, dato che siamo sempre lì: la sanità pubblica non offre la modalità laparoscopia. Rimuovono l'utero manualmente. Ho una cognata che c'è passata e per lungo tempo a seguito di tale chirurgia le erano rimaste sofferenze di non poco conto. Durante l'operazione, eseguita possibilmente peggio dei cani, le avevano incasinato la vescica, che aveva finito per posizionarsi all'indietro rispetto alla sua sede naturale. Risultati: cistite interstiziale e infezioni urinarie seriale (plateale l'anno in cui gliene avevano diagnosticate dieci nel giro di due mesi). Il che ovviamente aveva comportato il buttar giù antibiotici a più non posso (cosa impossibile nel mio caso per via della SII: l'unico antibiotico che mi posso permettere è la ciprofloxacina). E il bello é che mia cognata era stata operata in una struttura privata: soltanto che si era guastata la macchina laparoscopica giusto quando doveva entrare lei in sala operatoria. Ma trattandosi nel suo caso di cancro, non aveva potuto aspettare l'arrivo di una nuova macchina o la riparazione, ove possibile, di quella esistente. Fatto sta che vada come vada, il percorso di esami clinici costosi e farmaci si prospetta lungo (con i pre e probiotici da prendere comunque presumibilmente a vita). Mi toccheranno altri power down, quantomeno finchè questa storia non si sistema (e forse pure finchè non passi una riforma fiscale che si sta eternamente facendo attendere nel mio paese non troppo amico delle criptomonete, anche se al momento la questione dichiarazione redditi -che per amor di cronaca, in Brasile è ben peggiore del vostro ISEE italiano- si pone in secondo piano rispetto alla salute). Nel frattempo, sto provando un altro sciroppo biologico, presumibilmente più potente del primo, per vedere se con questa aggiunta si verificherà il risultato di ridurre la taglia dei miomi.

Come potete vedere, questi sono i risultati dell'eco riguardante il mio utero (ho selezionato soltanto questa parte, trattandosi della più "incriminata". Il collo dell'utero è nella normalità e così pure le ovaie. Ma risultano i tre miomi, specie quello di 25 mm. Foto scattata con il mio Moto G10.

Questo invece è il nuovo sciroppo (per fotografarlo l'ho portato sul davanzale della veranda sul retro, che in cucina non c'era abbastanza illuminazione al momento per una discreta visibilità della foto). Non è costoso, solo 15 "reais", ma probabilmente dovrò comprarne uno al mese fino a "nuovo ordine". Foto scattata con il mio Moto G10.

Ps.: comunico che il mio prossimo power down sarà di almeno 150 steem, ma non temete, ancora una volta non intendo assolutamente chiedere donazioni e ci mancherebbe: gran parte di quel che sto guadagnando che finisce automaticamente in steem power basterà e avanzerà. Dear friends, here we are with the weekly report on my state of health. Received the results of the iron dosages and second ultrasound. Unfortunately, I have to say they were not a great deal. They didn't go very well. I'm bordering on anaemia (needless to say, I haven't stopped bleeding for a long now) because of those uterine myomas, which have grown from two to three. OK, the 'latest arrival' is subserous and quite small, just over a cm, so he won't be the one making a mess. The two intramurals, especially the 2.5 cm one (the other one is more or less as small as the subserosal one), is making the mess. OK, this one isn't big either: it has to be at least 5 cm to be called huge. But it still makes a mess. It causes bleeding and most likely rests on the intestine, making my IBS worse. So far I have seen two of the three doctors I was supposed to (and in addition to them, there will also be two gynaecologists, my own and her gynaecologist colleague from the same clinic, who is always full of patients, but people say he is very experienced so I would do well to hear his opinion too). Meanwhile, my gynaecologist is on holiday and she will not be available until the end of the month. While waiting for her, I have however seen my nutritionist and my husband's urologist. This latter prescribed me more tests, also because the ultrasound also showed an infection (another mess by the 2,5 cm myoma). He suspected endometriosis, which would actually justify the excruciating pains that almost sent me to the other world in February. And the nutritionist has prescribed high doses of iron, obviously from a manipulation chemistry (manipulated drugs are more targeted, therefore more effective, but must know that they cost a bundle). According to her, with such a clinical result, the removal of the uterus would also be justifiable (while maintaining both ovaries, which are healthy, as well as the tubes), but let's hear two different gynaecological opinions first. In any case, it would be an invasive operation, which I would prefer to avoid, since we are always there: public healthcare does not offer laparoscopy. They remove the uterus manually. I have a sister-in-law who went through this surgery and for a long time she was left in considerable pain as a result of that surgery. During the surgery, which was possibly performed worse than dogs could have done in the place of the surgeons, they had messed up her bladder, which had ended up being positioned backwards in relation to its natural location. Results: interstitial cystitis and serial urinary infections (in a single year year she had been diagnosed with ten within two months). Which of course had meant tons of antibiotics (impossible in my case because of IBS: the only antibiotic I can consume is ciprofloxacin). And the curious thing is that my sister-in-law had her surgery in a private facility: only the laparoscopic machine had broken down just when she was supposed to enter the surgery room. But since in her case it was cancer, she had not been able to wait for a new machine to arrive or for the existing one to be repaired, where possible.
The fact remains that come what may come, the path of expensive clinical examinations and drugs is going to be a long one (with pre and probiotics to be taken presumably along all life anyway). I'm going to proceed to more power downs, at least until this whole mishap settles down (and maybe even until a tax reform that is eternally overdue in my not-so-cryptocurrency-friendly country passes, although at the moment the tax report issues -which, for the sake of the record, is far worse in Brazil than your Italian ISEE- takes second place to health). In the meantime, I am trying another biological syrup, presumably more powerful than the first, to see if the result of reducing the size of the myomas will occur with this complement.

As you can see, these are the results of the ultrasound concerning my uterus (I have only selected this part, as it is the most 'incriminated'. The cervix is normal and so are the ovaries. But there are three myomas, especially the 25 mm one. Photo taken with my Moto G10.

This is the new syrup (to photograph it I took it to the windowsill of the back porch, cause in the kitchen there was not enough light at the time for a discreet visibility of the photo).
