Yesterday was a beautiful intense day and, to tell the truth, today too.
I had some problems editing a video, in fact today I didn't publish on Youtube, but never mind, we'll talk about it tomorrow.
I'm watching the Champions League final tonight and, I want to enjoy the second half, Real Madrid - Manchester City is really a big game!
All in all a standard day, this morning a factory was worked on while in the afternoon I dedicated myself to writing and tried to solve this video problem, but as you know I didn't succeed, tomorrow I'll try again.
The diet is going well, yesterday I went to the nutritionist for other business, he renewed my HACCP certificate, since I was there however he weighed me down; in a week I lost a kilo but, above all, a lot of fat mass so it's going great.
I'm also starting to get used to it, in fact I don't feel very hungry anymore and I am satisfied with the planned meals.
I've rescheduled my creative afternoons a bit and I should be able to fit everything in, barring problems, as happened this afternoon.
In any case, the activities are also continuing quite well, I hope to find a way to speed it up but, especially on Web2, it is a matter of being patient and continuing to publish constantly.

Ieri è stata una giornata bella intensa e, a dire il vero, anche oggi.
Ho avuto dei problemi a montare un video, infatti oggi non ho pubblicato su Youtube, ma poco male, se ne parla domani.
Stasera c'è la finale di Champions che mi sto vedendo e, voglio godermi il secondo tempo, Real Madrid - Manchester City è proprio un partitone!
Giornata tutto sommato standard, stamattina si è lavorato un stabilimento mentre nel pomeriggio mi sono dedicato alla scrittura e ho provato a risolvere questo problema del video, ma come sai non ci sono riuscito, domani ci riproverò.
La dieta prosegue bene, ieri sono stato dal nutrizionista per altri affari, mi ha rinnovato il certificato HACCP, visto che c'ero però mi ha pesato; in una settimana ho perso un chilo ma, soprattutto, parecchia massa grassa quindi sta andando alla grande.
Comincio anche ad abituarmi, infatti non sento più molta fame e mi sazio con i pasti previsti.
Ho riprogrammato un po' i mieie pomeriggi creativi e dovrei riuscire a farci stare dentro tutro, salvo problemi, come accaduto oggi pomeriggio.
In ogni caso anche le attività proseguono discretamente bene, spero di trovare un modo per accellerare ma, soprattutto sul Web2, si tratta di avere pazienza e continuare a pubblicare con costanza.
