And here I am ready for my usual post; busy day today so I'll be late heh heh!
Busy but beautiful day!
Among other things, I got a taste for it and this post of mine will also mainly focus on food.
But let's start from the beginning, this weekend the 52nd Avis Calabria Regional Assembly will be held, therefore, around lunchtime we left for Crotone.
Along the way we made a small stop for lunch; In anticipation of the reinforced dinner, I opted for a simple salad as you can see from the photo...
Once we have reached our destination, we are in Torre Melissa in the province of Crotone, we settled down for dinner which I will now illustrate to you not before, however, I have shown you this gem ...

Well now we come to us, there is no self-respecting meal that doesn't start with a good but also nice to see appetizer and this was...
Naturally followed by two first courses, we start with this excellent risotto with prawns and lemon...
And we continue with these trofiette with fresh cherry tomatoes, crispy bacon and mushrooms, very tasty!
We are almost at the finish line, for the second course we tasted this breaded croaker with a pesto crust and julienned vegetables as a side dish.
To finish off the inevitable dessert, a mille-feuille with unstructured wild berries.
After dinner, someone decided to go partying, I preferred to go back to a room from which I am now writing to you because tomorrow is the assembly work and you need to be fresh and well rested.

Ed eccomi qui pronto per il mio consueto post; oggi giornata impegnativa quindi arrivo più tardi eh eh!
Giornata impegnativa ma bella!
Tra le altre cose ci ho preso gusto e anche questo mio post sarà principalmente incentrato sul cibo.
Partiamo però dal principio, in questo fine settimana si terrà la 52 Assemblea Regionale Avis Calabria pertanto, verso l'ora di pranzo siamo partiti alla volta di Crotone.
Lungo il viaggio abbiamo fatto una piccola sosta per il pranzo; io, in previsione della cena rinforzata, ho optato per una semplice insalatina come puoi vedere dalla foto...
Giunti a destinazione, siamo a Torre Melissa im provincia di Crotone ci siamo sistemati per la cena che ora Ti illustrerò non prima però do averto fatto vedere questa chicca...
Ho una doccia immensa!
Bene ora veniamo a noi, non c'è pasto che non si rispetti che non comincia con un antipasto buono ma anche bello da vedere e questo lo era...
Naturalmente a seguire ben due primi, si parte con questo ottimo risotto ai gamberetti e limone...
E si prosegue con queste trofiette con pomodorini freschi, pancetta croccante e funghi, gustosissime!
Siamo quasi in dirittura d'arrivo, per secondo abbiamo gustato questa ombrina panata con ina crosta al pesto e per contorno julienne di verdure.
Per finire l'immancabile dolce, un millefoglie ai frutti di bosco destrutturato.
Conclusa la cena qualcuno ha deciso di andare a fare baldoria, io ho preferito rientrare un camera dalla quale ora Ti sto scrivendo perché domani ci sono i lavori assembleari e bisogna essere belli freschi e riposati.
