I don't know about Italy, but in the US (and even Canada), the supreme court has sided with the government more often than not. Yes, it IS better than no constitution, but we need something better
Agree 100% Bro! Something better needs to come along, because I have yet to see a Constitution in this world that truly brings everlasting justice.
