Ingredients:

6 ripe bananas
100 grams of rice flour
40 grams of tapioca flour
80 grams of granulated sugar
400 ml liquid coconut milk
1/2 tsp vanilla powder
1/4 tsp salt
cooking oil for greasing

How to make:

Thinly slice the banana. Set aside.
Mix rice flour, tapioca flour, sugar, vanilla and salt. Stir well. Pour in the coconut milk little by little. Stir well until there are no lumps.
Heat the steamer.
Pour the mixture into a baking pan that has been greased with oil until it covers the bottom of the pan. Arrange bananas on top. Steam for 5 minutes.
Pour the mixture again over the banana layer, top with bananas. Steam for 5 minutes. Do this alternately for each layer until you run out of dough.
Steam for 20 minutes until cooked evenly.
Let the Nagasari cake cool first, then remove it from the mold and cut it into pieces.
