Processing Duck Eggs Into a Special Dish I Make

This morning I will tell you about my routine this morning, namely cooking duck eggs which I mixed with other ingredients. For this reason, here I have prepared the ingredients consisting of 4 duck eggs, green onions, red chilies, garlic, which I have washed clean, and I put them on a plate.

Then the next step is that I will take the spring onions, then I will chop them into small pieces. There is one bunch of green onions, and this is enough.

After that I took the garlic, then I cut it into small pieces. Because I'm used to cutting garlic, I finished cutting the garlic in no time.

Next I turned on the stove to start cooking. I pour enough cooking oil into the pan, then I wait for the cooking oil to get hot. When the cooking oil is hot, I just pour in the ingredients, namely spring onions and other ingredients that I sliced ​​earlier.

It shouldn't be stir-fried for long, so the taste is delicious and the nutritional content is maintained. I stirred it for a while, until it wilted and gave off a fragrant smell. Then I added the duck eggs, I stirred them again until they were evenly mixed and cooked.

This smells really good, that's a sign that it's ripe. Then I turned off the stove, then I transferred it to the plate that had been prepared.

I waited a moment because it was still really hot. And after a few minutes, this is what I cooked this morning.

Now I want to try the taste first, whether it's delicious or not. If it tastes good, I'll make it again. OK, then that's the end of my story this morning, see you again.
